If you are in the market for a vehicle new or used, you could not be better served than asking for Bryan. His level of service is above and beyond. I had intended to drive my motorhome from Alaska to Minnesota to visit a daughter and then head south to spend the winter. I wanted a tow car that I couldn't find in Alaska. Billings was on the route and Billings Dodge had the perfect car. Bryan made 2 trips to an RV dealer to have the towing equipment installed so it would be ready to tow when I arrived in Billings. A series of issues arose delaying a departure such that I would be facing winter temperatures and I decided to store the car until the next spring. So Bryan made a third trip taking the car to the storage facility. Furthermore, I was impressed by the integrity of the dealership. In the interim between my oral agreement to buy the car, there was a price reduction, and when I received the purchase documents I was surprised that they reflected the reduced price. I would have been none the wiser if they had reflected the original agreed price.

We just bought a 2024 Bronco Sport Badlands. Our salesman, Jakob B. was patient, respectful, and a joy to work with. There was never any pressure during the process. This young, former fishing guide at Glacier National Park, was sincere, honest, and. truly enjoys meeting new people- a perfect match for a job like this. Trish in the finance department was great also. We talked as much about dogs as we did about the necessary legal stuff (we paid cash). At age 77, I have purchased many vehicles and had good and bad experiences. Buying this great vehicle was a uniquely good experience because of the quality people like Jakob and Trish that my wife and I dealt with. Love the car, so far and hope that the service department is as good as the sales people.

Without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealer. Went in to see about purchase of a new car and since they didn't have any, they pushed used cars on me. Salesman and finance person did not know the advertised price of cars. It was in fact a little odd and kinda scary how they acted. I wouldn't set foot in that place again or any dealership under the Butte Auto dealerships. It was comparable only to a sales pitch from the carnival people at the fair. very poor. Avoid.

Joel was amazing to work with, he was able to work with me on pricing to make the purchase work for me. He also was a great communicator which I feel is very important in out of state purchases. Joel made sure to provide me with all details I asked for. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase from them. Although any other interaction from other employees was short, they were all professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would like to start off by saying that Megan is great! She is the reason for the five stars regarding the buying process. She was the sales person for the truck that was purchased. With times being what they are right now we wanted to purchase a vehicle in the community and purchase from a smaller dealership as well. The truck that we bought was a $35,000 truck. We bought the truck on Thursday and by Tuesday the tailgate was not working. Went back into the dealership and they basically let us know that it was our problem now! After speaking with a few people about the treatment that was received after the purchase, we are now concerned with what else might show up with the truck. If you want return customers and potential referrals, at least pretend after four days, that you stand by the vehicle you are selling after the sale!
