Sales rep Jamie was very polite and professional. Easily the most unprofessional, deceptive dealership I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. ​They shorted the verified payoff on my trade-in by $1,200, resulting in my personal bank account get have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. ​They shorted the verified payoff on my trade-in by $1,200, resulting in my personal bank account getting swept to satisfy the lien so Archie Cochrane could clear the title and immediately flip my trade onto their front sales lot at my expense. When called out, management completely stonewalled me for the past month. I work out of town 10 hours away, and the only time anyone would acknowledge me was when I had to fly home and physically confront them in the showroom. ​On top of refusing to correct their $1,200 shortfall under Montana lien satisfaction laws (MCA § 61-4-110), it took three separate in-person visits just to force them to remove over $5,000 in aftermarket warranties. The finance department completely withheld the physical terms sheet at delivery verbally misrepresenting what the policy covered, while in reality sticking me with a base powertrain plan that covered almost none of what was promised. ​Formal complaints regarding their finance practices and failure to satisfy liens have been officially submitted to the Montana DOJ Office of Consumer Protection. ​Too many calculated "accounting errors" for this to be anything other than deliberate, predatory business practices. Audit every line item, record your conversations, or better yet, take your business anywhere else in Montana. More
