We were in the hunt for a 2026 Grand Highlander Platinum Max, Blueprint with black interior. I looked nationwide, even called dealers close the the manufacturing facility in Princeton Indiana hoping to find one already built and sitting on the lot - No Joy! I used to live near St Louis so I recognized the Ackerman name when my online search indicated they could get one more quickly than anyone else? I called and sure enough, they confirmed a short delivery time at a competitive price. Lucky for us Ryan O'Leary answered the phone when we called ! The order, delivery, finance, and pickup process was smooth! Ryan went out of his way to assist in explaining the Toyota GH allocation and build process, which was so very different from the last time I bought a Highlander. Anyway, Ryan was great, always available, responsive to both email and text. When we picked up the GH, he stayed after closing to give us a PhD in the GH's infotainment and driving assistance safety features and configurations. He made us aware of how some of the proactive driver assistance and other safety choices would translate into our driving experience! I'm old school and prefer not to relinquish control of the vehicle to a box of transistors, Ryan was quick to understand and find a happy medium between Safety and my need to have control of the vehicle. Kudos to Ryan for easing me into my new GH !! I'm still getting used to some of the new "features" and can honestly say I don't really like the buying experience that Toyota uses today. The allocations model instead of allowing a consumer to walk in, order a vehicle with the things they want and have the dealer submit the order is pretty frustrating. Toyota and Ackerman are lucky to have salesman like Ryan to keep customer like me from taking my business to another brand! Thanks Ryan, your effort and commitment kept me a Toyota customer!

This is a really bad time to need to purchase a new vehicle, but I had gotten to the point of not having a choice. Juliana Gillotti, Sales and Leasing Specialist really was so patient and spent the time to work with me to allow me to find the exact vehicle I was wanting/needing. I really appreciate the time and effort she showed in assisting me in the purchase. She was friendly and made the experience actually fun! If you are in the market for a new vehicle and/or a Toyota, I would highly recommend Juliana at Jay Wolfe!

The guy we bought our truck was nice and great. Our problem is with the service department. They are rude. We have had trouble with our tailgate not working they told us the first time if this doesn't fix it call and bring it back we called two weeks ahead and asked for a loner they didn't have one so we left with our truck and said we won't be back. They said good. Not wanting to help us after taking the day off to drive there. Then wanted to fight.

Traveled in from out of state and were incredibly impressed. They even let us bring our old dog inside the dealership while we worked with Finance. Highly recommend Fletcher Toyota!!

11/26/24: Avoid this place, IMO. I went in for an oil change and was told 5 ppl ahead of me and i said i would wait in lobby. 5 hours later and left with no oil change. no updating, no nothing.

Take it to Straatmann. - dwbrew

Take it to Straatmann. No service. Apparently no worries. We'll get to it at our convenience. . Where lunch breaks supersede any customer service. If you are in a hurry ,go to Reuchers. They seem to know as much as the Straatman people about Toyota's because they actually know vehicles,not just how to read sensor but listen to the engines rather than rely on their hourly rate to tell them the problem with a vehivle.

No oil put in car - Where did oil go

I had oil change after driving would not run no oil in engine. Burnt head gasket $2,200.00 to fix. No help from Toyota. Don't go near this dealer. Will not refund recall part.
