What an amazing experience I had dealing with Pappas Toyota, from the start to the finish. Dave Dubois was a outstanding! First he helped in answering every question on the new Hybrid Tacomas, even when information was slowly releasing upon first announcement. He then helped lead me through the process of securing a place in the waiting process. While waiting for the trucks release he quickly and attentively answered all my questions. Once one arrived he walked me through the process even staying after his shift. Dave is truly an employee who loves what he does and cares for his customers. Even going above and beyond his job description to seek out answers that didn’t relate to selling the vehicle. Brett Bales was another outstanding employee who explained and led me through the warranties and sales. He even went on my behalf to talk to other departments about after marked parts. These two truly made the experience a pleasure and one I will recommend to many in the years to come

I would recommend to take your money elsewhere. I asked them before buying the car, "Has this car been inspected before putting it on the salesfloor?" They said it had. A couple of days after I bought the car the check engine light came on, mysteriously. When I called them about it, it's like they expected the call. They said "We can get that fixed right away" They picked up the car, and rather than fixing it just reset it. A few days later the check engine light is on again. They said the part is on back order and they don't know when it can be fixed. I like the car, but they are typical slimy used-car salesman. I called to cancel the warranty because very quickly they lost my trust. Still haven't been refunded for it.

He knew who I was as soon as I walked in the door, made the entire process fun and less stressful, and was eager to show be all the bells and whistles of my new vehicle when it arrived. No oil put in car - Where did oil go

I had oil change after driving would not run no oil in engine. Burnt head gasket $2,200.00 to fix. No help from Toyota. Don't go near this dealer. Will not refund recall part.
