I walked away with exactly what I was looking for. Jarrett assisted me in finding a vehicle, and he was super helpful and so kind throughout the whole process. He thoroughly answered all my questions and paid close attention to my preferences. He expressed that he was new to the team, and any time I had a question he was unsure of the answer to, he made sure to quickly get an answer from someone else. Having his assistance is what made this experience so great, and if I purchase a car from you all in the future, I hope I will get the pleasure of being assisted by him again. I gave a rating of four stars rather than five because of my experience in the finance office. I met with Trevor, and while he did get me set up with the best financing plan I was offered, the responses to my questions came across as if they were a bit of an annoyance. I asked for clarity about a form I was being asked to sign, and rather than being given an explanation, the same answer was repeated multiple times with increasing annoyance. I have struggled to get back in contact with him after making my purchase, and my messages were all left unanswered. Overall the experience with you all was great, but I did not feel as if this translated to my experience in the finance department.

I never felt like he was playing games. He would answer my questions after hours. Duron was patient and kind and helped figure out financial package that we didn't understand. Jordan set up our cell phones in the vehicle. We realize we have to use the technology to really understand it but I am very intimidated by it all and alarmed that so much learning is done on the screen. Both Duron and Jordon were very friendly and receptive to letting us call with questions. My husband and I both realize we should probably have had one of our children help us make such a big purchase.

I was looking for a very specific color and trim level Ford F-150 Lightning. Worked with Haley who answered my specific questions about the vehicle on their lot and provided a walk-around video. The price is the price but given the low doc fee compared to my state it was still competitive. They also shipped it to me on the East Coast for a reasonable fee. Had to wait a week or so but the truck did arrive in my driveway and very happy with the purchase so far. It's always tricky buying a vehicle from a dealership over 1000 miles away as they know you aren't going to them for service and aren't going to recommend local folks but this experience was a thumbs up for me.

I called to inquire about an older vehicle and I was pleased that Sakelaris was willing to work with us even though what we are looking for is older vehicle. I would certainly give them a chance and we would have to do a considerable drive as we live in Kansas. Thank you for your patience and help.
