Buying a car is a dreadful experience 99% of the time however he made everything so pleasant which made my purchase an exciting and enjoyable moment. He was very helpful, thorough, and knowledgable. He even happily indulged my request for bow pictures :) I left the dealership with a smile and no questions. I was set up with the app and all tech before I drove off the lot. I am very pleased and am very happy to have joined the Lexus family.
