I’m a small town guy. For a “big city dealership” Jeff B did a nice job for me. I was in a big hurry to get something purchased and didn’t have a lot of time, and Jeff did For a “big city dealership” Jeff B did a nice job for me. I was in a big hurry to get something purchased and didn’t have a lot of time, and Jeff did what he could to speed things up. I thought since I had cash and needed no financing it would go a lot quicker. The business office still wanted me to sign an hours worth of paperwork and listen to all sorts of sales pitch junk. When I refused to sit and listen to it and refuse to sign some of their documents that were only for putting a lien on the vehicle, they acted like I was the jerk because I wouldn’t just blindly sign things for them. They said everyone else does. lol. I guess the point is, if you’re going to have people in the business department trying to do business with you, they probably ought to be able to know and understand what they’re trying to tell you that “you have to legally sign.” When u are not getting a loan for a vehicle, there’s a lot of stuff that you SHOULD NOT and don’t have to sign. Just an FYI. More
