Our Taylor Grubaugh Chevrolet salesperson, Mark Livengood, was most helpful in guiding us through the assessment and suitability of the product I ultimately chose. The purchase process was smooth with no pressure and felt he was very interested and knowledgeable of my vehicle desires. He kept the purchase process "on track" and offered lots of discussion for a better understanding of my questions while keeping the process on track. All of the various Grubaugh personnel we were involved with during our trade and purchase experience were most helpful and considerate of our concerns. They had several vehicles in stock on their sales lot where various option items could be seen in "real life" which made the selection of desirable options for my vehicle very easy. A prior Chevrolet dealership we visited only had two vehicles that I was interested in and neither was suitable for what I was seeking with little interest in discussing anything not already in their inventory. I would highly recommend our total experience with Mark and the Taylor Grubaugh Chevrolet team as good as a vehicle purchasing experience can be. These comments are about individuals associated with Taylor Grubaugh Chevrolet who appear to me to have acquired the previously named Lowe Chevrolet dealership earlier this year. We have had no earlier association with Lowe Chevrolet and had never visited that dealership when they were in Waynesville prior to being Taylor Grubaugh Chevrolet.

Great experience! Caleb was a man of his word. He went over and beyond to understand my needs and made sure to be very clear and transparent. The whole buying experience was amazing. My daughter bought a used car from Victory Smithville recently. Her sales representative Mike was a quality human being and treated her with integrity and honesty. It turned out the car had a mechanical issue. The folks in the repair department immediately loaned her a car and took her car back and fixed it without question. The repair department actually called me directly to apologize for not originally catching the problem before selling the car. The gentleman I spoke to was kind, respectful and appeared to want nothing but our complete satisfaction. Our experience with Victory Smithville has been excellent. I recommend them without hesitation.

Reliable service team members and shop techs was more than happy to help with some I could afford at time to fix . And they worked as a team together from courtesy vehicle to and from my home to dealership as keeping me on a daily loop on progress with vehicle. ☆☆☆☆DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY REASON☆☆☆☆ •This is going to be long buckle up, if your car still drives when their service department is finished with it. •In August I had my oil changed at molle 6 weeks and 3000 miles later and my truck was 2 quarts low on oil. Their response was dismissive at best stating that they use an electronic pump and they can't guarantee me that a piece of calibrated equipment is operating properly and that my trucks oil reserve is much larger and that 2 quarts low was nothing to worry about but I should start an oil consumption test because the truck is probably using the oil. (2023 silverado) •September 16th my check engine light came on with two glow plug circuit failure codes. I contacted molle and asked for any information prior to bringing the truck to them to be serviced, their reply was "well its something I haven't necessarily seen however we cannot rule out that a rodent hasn't chewed on the wires because they're soy coated and it happens way more than people think" •This issue escalated quickly to receive any update I was required to call them because I had heard nothing after 5 hours of them "working" on my truck. The update I received was that the main ground for the truck was broken off and that all the grounds on the truck had been tampered with by another dealership so it appeared that they caused this issue. (Service performed 4 months prior by other dealer was not related to any electrical issues) they have since retracted this statement and are now claiming I received the truck from the factory with a broken ground. •I was not offered a loaner/rental vehicle. As I have come to learn GM pays for rentals through a rental service for vehicle repairs under warranty. They told me that they had done everything in their power to get me in a vehicle and that I should "just borrow one from a friend or family" and that they had called every rental place in the Kansas city area and that none had a gm vehicle that they could allow the dealership to use. (I'm in a GM vehicle from a rental service using a different kansas city area dealership) •They did put me in a "loaner" vehicle on day two of having my truck. This Loaner not only was 500 miles from requiring an oil change but also had expired tags. They also wrote on the paperwork that the gas tank was full and the tank was hardly above half (I returned the truck with more fuel than I received it with) picture below of fuel gauge. •I never signed for work to be done with the vehicle. I was told on Tuesday September 19th I could not pick up my vehicle as it was not driveable and that they had dropped the exhaust to find the problem (attempting to relocate my truck to a more reputable dealership after reading the reviews here about Molle's service department) •Wednesday September 20th I called in the morning to ask about the part that they "overnighted" they didn't know where the part was but they had a tracking number. At this point of being run around and lied to I told them to get my truck out of their shop and I will have it towed to a more reputable dealership to be serviced at which point I was met with "well haven't we been bending over backwards for you" if lying is bending over backwards then yes. After this discussion and having to search who I needed to speak to by calling other dealerships their GSM contacted me and said they would move my truck free of charge to me and that the dealership would eat the cost presumably as a way to hopefully put an end to my pursuit. •Thankfully Wednesday afternoon my truck was taken to a dealership worth taking a vehicle to and I have been provided with updates during this entire process as well as having been put in a rental the day after they received my vehicle because as I guessed there were gm vehicles available. ☆☆☆☆DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY REASON☆☆☆☆

I only went to the dealership because my key broke and I needed a new key made, I tried all the locksmiths and nobody could help me, however, even though the dealership was able to make me a key, they also charged me $91 for the key, and mind you this is a simple key, no key fob or nothing like that, and failed to let me know that I could program it myself, and was going to charge me to program it. I was going to have to pay a tow truck to tow my car to the dealership to program this key that I programmed myself after looking on the internet. And I found out that Ace Hardware would have made my key for $30 after I had already had it made. I will never go back to this dealership again! Sad sad world we live in.

We took it to another dealership and they replaced a blown fuse. The backup lights work now. Don’t use this dealership!

Towed the vehicle to Hulett and talked to Matt (service Rep) they were busy but fit us in Nick (Service Mgr) got us a courtesy ride with Rick back to our condo (12 miles away) by 2:30pm they called and said they had it ready to go. Came and picked us back up. Rick was great to visit with as we drove back to dealership. Nick then explained that the previous dealership had not locked the front driveshaft in place. They fixed it and said “No Charge”! They could have made up a line of BS and charged us $100 for diagnostics, but he was so happy to help us! Shallen disabled couple a vehicle with 10-year-old rotten tires and a failing back up camera and missing rear safety headrest and then telling you pretty much is your problem and days of arguing to get it corrected they are awful people!
