I'm a retired sales and marketing manager for over 40 years. BMW xx. Louis had the car we wanted. Jeff was my contact, and this young man will be rated in my top 5 individuals I have dealt with. He was in constant contact with us for the purchase. Exactly what I like. We had a 6-hour drive for the car, and this dealership had us set up to make our 6-hour return home in 90 minutes after arrival. Jeff and the finance staff had everything set up for a speedy purchase. This is your BMW dealership for the entire Midwest. One of the most comfortable purchases we've ever made. We even met the owner of the dealership, which we really enjoyed. Love this place. Great job!

I had basically a good experience with Hendrick BMW. I am an out of state buyer in NC. All personnel I dealt with were professional and helpful. I feel I received a good selling price for my purchase. The only problem I have had was regarding the financing of the car. I completeld the paper work in NC at a Hendricks dealership. Since it was out of state I filled out hard copies of the forms. I have an excellent credit rating and thought the loan would be approved in a week or so. I realize it had to be mailed but I have heard nothing regarding my loan status. I would like to receive an update since I won't receive the car until the financing is in place.
