After visiting the Springfield location a few times since the hail storm. We had been in talks for a few weeks and looked at several models with no pressure from Gracie Francis to buy. We met up with Gracie this past weekend to discuss our hail damaged vehicle and what our options were. She was patient and thorough as we navigated purchasing a new vehicle. We were not expecting to be able to take home our new ride the same day as it was still in transport mode. But the service department was able to get things moved around and our new car was able to come home with us. We met up with Luke “The Genius” Lovelady who took time to help get everything set up. The Genius is an apt title for Luke, and he worked through all the menu items on our new X3 to make sure all the settings were how we wanted and saved correctly. Overall we had a great experience with Gracie and Luke.

BMW of West St Louis was great to work with. I was an out of state buyer and initially inquired about an available allocation. Adel handled the sale process smoothly and eventually handed my deal off to Edin when he changed dealerships. Bob (finance) was also very attentive through the process. 10/10 would buy from them again.

The new facility is beautiful and the accessibility is so much better. However, I was questioned about the the need for an oil change although I have a plan and I got a dashboard warning indicating wi needed one. I was questioned if I had my card serviced somewhere else and possibly been an adjustment with my odometer. It I’m not mistaken, isn’t that illegal or at least immoral. I wasn’t pleased about that but I just got my oil changed and left.
