July 1, 2024 driving through Collins stopped at Legacy Chevrolet with a damaged tire. We met Amanda who informed us you did not have the tire we needed. She made several calls and found one to be delivered July 2nd between 3 and 4. We returned the next day and Bryan, the service manager, led us to the location as we had no clue where this town was. I recently went to another dealership in Tennessee and they excessively ran my credit score down by 100 points. We needed a second car to get around and Dannie Sanders did an awesome job at finding me beyond what I wanted. I'm purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox in which I love. I got approved within a day and knew exactly what was what. The Finance manager Holly offered me everything I needed and the paperwork was the fastest process I have ever experienced in my 20 years of driving. The owner Mike worked with me to make sure i received everything that I needed and wanted. Even after I made the purchase I received a goodie box filled with a thank you card, cookies and Triple M coffee mugs. I have never had this experience ever with any other dealership. This is by far the greatest I've ever had. I will definitely be back to purchase all of my vehicles from them.

What a terrific experience. My salesman Eddie Shorter blew every negative misconeception of a car salesman out of the water. He was pleasant,extremely knowledgeable,and he made our deal happen. He anticipated every issue we had as my Mom is a senior. He catered to her needs,ambulatory,comfort,and while doing our paperwork.I cannot say enough great things about him but to sum it all up He is a genuinely good man. Finance manager was terrific as well. It was quick,forthright,and experienced. He was a pleasant person that was supportive and explained everything well. I had filled out a Transunion form and was told I was approved. It was just a ploy to get you in the Dealership. I was even told to come in after work everything will be good. Again this is after I asked if I was approved. Wasted over 2 hours of mine and my childs time to tell me we will need a five thousand dollar down payment. So the site said I was approved the person I spoke with on the phone said as well and to come in after work to be denied. I have seen this is something Landers does it is the second time I have had a instance with Landers. The first time I was told to pick something and they said I was good so I did so to be denied after I was told I was good pick a vehicle. Landers needs to change thier way of doing things and be honest. Oh wait a honest car salesman lol right.

As a buyer. You could not have asked or wanted any service better than received. Buying a vehicle can be nerve-wracking, even frustrating to the point of being angred. Not this time! There was no arguing over trade allowance, they were fair with first offer instead of insulting my vehicle as most dealerships do. When a problem did arise they were quick to fix the issue. I've bought a lot of vehicle over the years, without a doubt this was as smooth, Pleasant, enjoyable experience compared to some past trades.
