She made several calls and found one to be delivered July 2nd between 3 and 4. We returned the next day and Bryan, the service manager, led us to the location as we had no clue where this town was. ive been waiting refund on my warranty since jan. 2024. I suppose to received this refund within 6wks that finance manger (M.A.) told me in jan 2024. but its august 2024 still haven't received nor heard from dem. I went couple of times to see dem in person since jan 2024, finance manager(M.A.) would say "I turned in the paperworks" or "I will look into it" and will call you back, which he haven't done that either. I always had hight respect of GRAY DANIELS, but not now, the way they treat me or will not help me!!!!

Outstanding dealership at every level! We are repeat customers due to Mr. Robert Jones helping us with the purchase of 2 Equinox vehicles. He made sure each vehicle met our expectations and in fact exceeded them. Even now with vehicles being limited, he got us exactly what we wanted in two days. Mr. Jones is an all star! The service we have received over the past five years has also been top notch. Keeping a vehicle in good working condition is important and these guys know what they are doing. This dealership truly treats you like family.

I had filled out a Transunion form and was told I was approved. It was just a ploy to get you in the Dealership. I was even told to come in after work everything will be good. Again this is after I asked if I was approved. Wasted over 2 hours of mine and my childs time to tell me we will need a five thousand dollar down payment. So the site said I was approved the person I spoke with on the phone said as well and to come in after work to be denied. I have seen this is something Landers does it is the second time I have had a instance with Landers. The first time I was told to pick something and they said I was good so I did so to be denied after I was told I was good pick a vehicle. Landers needs to change thier way of doing things and be honest. Oh wait a honest car salesman lol right.

I bought a 2023 Corvette Z06 from them. Was on the"list" for about 7 months. Not bad to get a Z06! Delivery went smoothly. They kept me informed thought the whole process. Unlike a lot of other dealers out there they didn't take advantage of me or there other customers with "market" pricing markups. Love dealing with an honest dealership!

The car was immaculate, and Adamm took the time to give us a thorough run-through before turning it over to us. He answered all our questions without ever rushing us; no pressure at all. Rude salesman. Offered $3000 less for our trade than the place we purchased at. Made us feel like we didn’t understand how the market actually works. Pretended that trade in values have no real meaning. Would not budge on car priced $8000 above what it’s trade value would be. Spoke in a condescending tone the entire time. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Really sad that some salesmen have to act this way.

Service department is horrible. I called to set an appointment to get my vehicle serviced and the service rep rudely answered the phone; she told me that it would be 3 weeks before they could service my vehicle and that the mechanics where overwhelmed as if it wasn’t there job. This was not the first time that this happened, I’ve called multiple times and they always say that it’ll be more than a 2 weeks before they can service my vehicle.

Sorry, this is a bit of a repeat. Forgot that I'd reviewed 6 years ago, but anyway, we continue to have great service from the Buicks we bought here, and still recommend this good dealer. An update, my sister and her husband have bought 3 Hondas here over the years, and are always complimentary of the scheduled routine service they receive.

Herb Caldwell was my salesman and he was excellent. Everything about the buying experience was very good. One thing that didn’t make me happy was that my new vehicle had a front license plate bracket installed with a Canon tag attached. Some, maybe many, people don’t want a front tag but if you remove it you are left with holes in your bumper. Recommend you quit doing this.
