Walser Hyundai were absolutely amazing. A month earlier I was involved in an accident in which my car was totaled. On top of that, just a month prior to my accident I bought a house. Walser came in clutch in my time of need and finances were tight. The car I was interested in was already pulled up, washed and ready for me. Samson was amazing to work with. He was energetic, professional, and charismatic. He made the process super easy. The finance manager even managed to keep me with the same lender who I was using for my totaled vehicle and got me a great rate with all things considered. The only gripe I have which isn't even a gripe or deal breaker was the lack of snack options. All they have is popcorn and water, which my pregnant wife couldn't really stomach due to her morning sickness. Fortunately the process has become so streamlined that we were only there for a few hours. So thank you Walser Hyundai. You made my car buying process in my time of need quick and painless.

I bought a CPO and was paying cash. My salesman, Jack, was responsive, very accommodating, and a genuinely likable person. He even took time to exchange a few texts with me while he was off. The upsell of the service contract at the time of payment was pushed way harder than I expected, which was a bit irritating. Overall, a good experience, with kudos to Jack for being super responsive.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my Hyundai Palisade ! Austin was my salesperson and was so accommodating and patient with all of my questions ! He even let us take it home to see if it would fit in the Garage space ! The Test drive was so easy and my friend and I got to try it out ! The staff is so kind and Is a top priority ! They filled the take up and started the car and had it running for all test drives ! The General Manager Tom was so fun and helpful ! The price and quality of the suv and the deals and warranty really swayed my decision to purchase! The finance department was so efficient and professional! 5 STAR rating for sure !! They sold me a oil burning car a week before I had to drive across country for school. Not only am I racking up thousands of dollars of debt from a broken down car they willingly sol me they wont take it back nor will they help me with the fixes. I am so stressed with this car and I do not know what I am going to do. I now have to worry about making it home to my family for the holidays since I can not trust my own 2021 car. Happy hyundai has made my life a living xxxx and are laughing in my face.
