The service here is terrible. - me

The service here is terrible. They are always short-staffed on technicians. It takes weeks to get an appointment. When you finally get your vehicle in for the appointment, it can be several days before someone looks at it. Recently, they had my car for a couple of weeks, saying that the part they needed was held up in Mexico. I went into the office only to find out that the part had arrived a week before. I've had to bring my vehicle in multiple times to address the same issue. The first time they misdiagnosed it, they fixed the wrong issue. The second time, they claimed to fix it, only to find out that the problem still existed the next day. It won't be long before I sell this car and move on from Jeep.

A dealership that is honest and does right by the customer. We purchased our first Wagoneer on 5/2/24 from Dale. It was used and we flew in from out of state. Dale was able to make sure that EVERYTHING was perfect on our used vehicle. Everything we had discussed over the phone stayed the same when we arrived. The Wagoneer was is in great condition, and we feel we got a very good deal. Months later, we realized there was a clerical error made on our Mopar extended warranty. I called the dealership and Dale is now the Sales Manager. He worked with the Finance Manager, Greg, and the GM, Trevor. Trevor personally called and told me that everything was fixed and sent me over the updated paperwork. This is an HONEST dealership that stood behind their word even months after the sale. Service department is a joke! Send you off with a service report, everything Great and all items checked off stating all was CHECKED. First, earlier this year brought our Silverado in for an oil change and multi point inspection. Left with form - all things checked. Less than 48 hours later, while checking something else out, husband checked oil filter compartment as he was in the area. YIKES. A full squirrel nest! BUT..our filter was “checked” and all GOOD! Send a complaint - answer, they were sorry, but short handed! This past week had oil change on our Traverse as we are heading to Florida. Started having problems with a noise when turning. Looked up what it might be wrong. Check Steering fluids. Husband did just that and there was next to NOTHING — ZERO fluid. How can that be if it was checked? What else WASN’T done? We purchased your oil plan for both vehicles. GLAD THEY ARE DONE! Truly thought going to the dealership was the way to go! Guess NOT. Time to find a local garage!

Watch what papers you sign, and make sure they are correct. I’m 75 yrs old and have with congestive heart failure. My son came to me and said he could get a car in his name if I would co- sign. Than on June 1st he came home and said i got the car if I would sign. As we were sign these I asked the sales person if I was just the co- signer and he said yes , all I seen was a black screen that he would say sign and initial. They gave my son the keys and printed out the paperwork. I never was. A co- signer so I didn’t think nothing of it. 3 months later a get a call from the bank asking for car payments for 3 months. I ask them why they were calling me and they stated I was the buyer of the car. I told them no I wasn’t and at that time I had no paperwork they sent me some paperwork and this dealership lied to me. I went down to the dealership asked them for a copy of my contract, and they had a Florida license, which at that time I didn’t have a Florida license. I asked him where was the other paperwork, I never gave than any information on my income which I live on social security, in fact I don’t even drive. The salesmen had the nerve to ask me what do you expect them to do. I’ve called and ask for the main manager but I was told he only comes in once in awhile. We came home with the car and I went out for awhile I came back home car gone clothes and had stolen my computer. not only that i found out he is on drugs never knew that, now i have to worry about he gets high and kills someone i will never forgive myself. in my opinion, this was Fraud, Never went down there , never gave them any paperwork. and to put me as the buyer i don't make enough money a month to make a car payment loan enough insurance. when I talk to the bank, they said car dealers don't care who gets in the paperwork as long as I can sell the car. this a not how you run a business, i hope i live long enough to get this straightened out.

Golling CDJR-Roseville is the best dealership I have ever been too. I live 1-1/2 hours from here, but ever since my experience in 2021 with, Sean Cubbler (now new car sales manager), was so amazing when he was a new car sales professional, I will not go to another dealership. MICHAEL QUERRO knocked it out of the park! Michael is an asset to Golling CDJR-Roseville. He was very responsive with sending me multiple quotes, text messaging, & phone calls. He is a NO PRESSURE sales professional and gave me time to digest the increased cost, giving me space, but not ignoring me. Since 2021, the cost of the same model RAM has gone up $10k (Stellantis increase, not dealer). I geared myself for it but was not as prepared as I should have been. Michael and Sean (Cubbler) came up with different payment scenarios to get me where I needed to be at, comfort wise, with payments!!! THANK YOU so much!!!! I will be returning soon for a 2024 JEEP!!!

I witnessed a very kind act on May 29 at Sparrow Hospital in the emergency room that involved one of your employees.. A man entered the emergency room asking for his wife. As he continued to speak to the personnel, he told them that he had been to your dealership looking to buy a car. He was unable to find something and ended up in the waiting room at the end of business day with no ride home. People at the dealership were trying to figure out how to help him when a man told him that he would give him a ride. He said that the man's name was Lauren or Lawrence and brought him to Sparrow Hospital. On the way there, he told your employee that he hadn't eaten in two or three days. Your employee stopped and bought him food as he had a large bag of food, and he kept saying how grateful he was. I don't know if he was a homeless person and wasn't disheveled so I assumed he might have been down on his luck. Either way, your employee went above and beyond the call of duty. Bravo, Lauren or Lawrence (I am sorry if I got it wrong). Marilyn Porter p.s. I didn't buy a car but couldn't find another way to tell you about this and I had to fill out the things below to do this.

Recall on my jeep was explained on first visit, part ordered fast, few days later my appointment was scheduled for 3 days later and job was finished in 1 1/2 hour, including a top notch oil change by great employees. As a former sales person myself, I appreciate a low key presentation that allows me to do my own evaluation, form some impressions, and yet is available to answer any questions I may have about the product. J.C. fulfilled this role perfectly. I brought my own "expert" to assist me and J.C. acknowledged his expertise and provided any additional information he requested about the vehicle. After our test drive he presented a few other options and we took another test drive (in a different vehicle) and discussed the results. I was not able to conclude the transaction that day and he was respectful of my decision (I hate a high pressure sales presentation) and he was respectful of my position. We made arrangements for me to call the next day with a final decision. After I decided to make the purchase we then made arrangements to finalize the transaction a few days later as I had other commitments. J.C. was knowledgeable about financing options and patient with my questions (I ask a lot of questions) We ran through several possibilities and concluded the purchase to my satisfaction. The "in person" contacts were professional and he followed through on each commitment that required e-mail contact. The showroom and sales offices were immaculate, attractive, and comfortable. The service areas looked just as good though I have no present experience with the staff or their performance in the backshop. So far so good. The highest compliment a customer can give is to return again for another purchase and at this point, I would certainly take my business back to J. C. Cooper.

I took my jeep in because it was leaking antifreeze. They took several multi-day appts before they found the issue. I had a blown head gasket. After months of waiting for parts to come in and my miles going over warranty, they got me in. Still covered under warranty. They told me it was an 8 hr job and they needed 2 days to do it. I made an appt for Thursday and Friday of the following week. I use my jeep for work on a mail rt, so when I don't have it I have to take vacation days from work. Well tomorrow will be 10 days vacation I've had to use for that 8 hr job. It has now been 2 weeks that they've had it. It's very frustrating that it is taking this long. I was okay with 2 days, but 2 weeks is completely ridiculous. That means they did less than 1 hours work per 8 hour day. They took 10 working days to accomplish an 8 hour job. They clearly have no concern for their customers. They took 10 vacation days from me for an 8 hour warranty job.
