I was up there, with my cousin. A few months ago. He was looking for a vehicle. I dropped him off, than did some shopping. When I came back, I asked some of the service/parts people, a few questions, about the vehicle I had than. They gave me answers, in minutes, along with some prices. Last month I was in an accident, with a deer. So I started looking around. I remembered my cousin, not having anything bad, to say about your dealership. So I made some inquiries, thru the same person, he dealt with. She was very helpful, in finding me something I could afford. Even though it's not new, it's new to me, and I'm really enjoying, finding out what the buttons do... So yes I'm very happy!!!

The sales staff were friendly and did everything right when it came to closing it was a very unpleasant experience . The person who processed the paperwork started telling us everything that can go wrong with this beautiful vehicle belittling the Lincoln name which I highly respect he was pushing to sell us extended warranties starting at 2500 dollars. He told us there is nothing better and that I had to make a decision right now. Of course that made me just want to get away from him figuring that it must be a very large commission for him. So when we got home with the car my wife is questioning if this is a good vehicle what’s going to break. We have had much discussion of what to do and after I thought about it I decided to put tit in the hands of the dealer. So I sent them my complaints and at this point they asked me to provide a review which I am, happy to provide. I have no idea if or when they will tell me something to make me feel better. I believe this a good dealer with a bad employee/. At least I hope they didnt train him to torment buyers.

We waited till the last minute to upgrade our vehicle before having our twins. We worked with David Bigger and had a great experience. He let us test drive our vehicle for the weekend which was nice since we wanted to install our car seats to make sure everyone would fit. I highly recommend David and also the Ford Expedition! Kelly at Lincoln of Troy was enormously helpful, kind and considerate to me today. I had been driving my grandchildren to and from school when the light went on stating I had low tire pressure. I decided to take a chance and drive straight to the dealership even although it was 4:45 pm. Despite the fact that the dealership was taking no more appointments, Kelly was kind enough to help me out and put air in my tires, at no cost. I am so enormously relieved to be once again driving a safe car, especially since I have to drive my grandchildren to school early tomorrow morning Kelly made an exception for me and I am very grateful. Went to ask about a warning that had popped up on my Jeep Cherokee that I had bought here. There were 5 salesmen chatting in the showroom that didn't seem to want to help me. Finally directed me to service department and the guy said they couldn't help me for a week. I asked him my question and he said he didn't know about that stuff I had to talk to a technician but told me I couldn't talk to the technician. Will buy my next car in Gaylord these people treated me horribly.
