After decades of owning Cadillac vehicles, including multiple Escalade Platinums, I found myself looking for a different ownership experience due to ongoing reliability concerns. Before ever setting foot in a dealership, I spent months researching Lincoln dealerships, service departments, sales representatives, and customer experiences throughout Michigan. After extensive research, I chose Varsity Lincoln in Novi, and that decision proved to be absolutely correct. I initially connected with Denise Baiardi, whose reputation for customer service and long-term client relationships quickly became apparent. Using a Navigator configuration I built on the Lincoln website, Denise located an incoming vehicle that was already in transit to Varsity Lincoln and helped me secure it before it arrived. From my very first visit, the experience felt different. Denise introduced me to Stephen Elzein, Finance Director, and Dan Rank, General Sales Manager. Every interaction was positive, professional, and genuine. It felt less like a transaction and more like being welcomed into a family. I also had the opportunity to work closely with Nolan Pavlack, who provided my initial Navigator demonstration and test drive. Nolan is knowledgeable, personable, and represents the future of customer service at Varsity Lincoln extremely well. After driving the Navigator for the first time, I decided to move forward with the purchase. Varsity Lincoln provided a fair and straightforward offer for my Cadillac Escalade, making the transition seamless. When my Navigator arrived, Denise and Nolan spent nearly three hours reviewing vehicle features, settings, and personalization options. They took the time necessary to ensure I was comfortable and confident before leaving the dealership. What impressed me most is that the exceptional service did not end after delivery. Every question and follow-up inquiry I've had since taking ownership has been answered promptly, often after normal business hours. At no point have I felt like I was inconveniencing anyone. The responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction have been remarkable. The vehicle itself, a 2027 Lincoln Navigator Black Label L 4x4, has exceeded my expectations in every way. The quality of materials, comfort, luxury, technology, and overall refinement are outstanding. The vehicle was delivered in immaculate condition and with a full tank of fuel, reflecting the attention to detail that seems to define everything Varsity Lincoln does. The experience was so positive that I subsequently purchased a second Navigator Black Label for my wife. Her experience was every bit as exceptional as mine. One thing that consistently stands out is the culture at Varsity Lincoln. Everyone I encounter appears genuinely happy to be there. Whether it's a salesperson, manager, parts department employee, or someone simply walking through the showroom, there is a consistent willingness to help, answer questions, and make customers feel welcome. I have not yet needed service work on either vehicle, but based on every interaction thus far, I have complete confidence that the service department will provide the same level of care and professionalism. I can recommend Denise Baiardi, Nolan Pavlack, Stephen Elzein, Mike Kasaba, and the entire team at Varsity Lincoln without hesitation. Today, I fully understand how Varsity Lincoln has earned such an outstanding reputation and loyal customer base. Ironically, Cadillac's inability to retain a lifelong customer ultimately became Lincoln's opportunity.
