Her communication with me throughout the entire sales experience was outstanding. She's the first car salesperson to whom I've ever brought flowers! In addition, Karen made the entire financing experience a truly easy and enjoyable one, and I never thought financing a car would be enjoyable! I can't say enough good things about being part of the Zeigler family of happy customers.

This dealership is handling our complimentary Hyundai servicing plan for new vehicles. We had a tire issue that we suspected maybe a faulty sensor or a minor flat. The dealership said it was a flat, and they supposedly marked the tire with the flat. We went to another tire shop who clearly stated 1. Nothing was marked 2. Was no flat and likely just a sensor issue. The other tire company fixed it for free as it cost them nothing but tiny amounts of time to rebook the tire and remove the donut. The dealer was trying to scam and charge us $40+. Never ever use their repair service as they are scammers. You are better off getting their assessment if they provide one for free and getting a second opinion somewhere else. These are the kind of people and companies that people need to avoid.

Don't waste your valuable time. I have a string of 14 emails requesting information and no follow through with this dealership. Maybe they hit their monthly quota. Sadly I'll be driving out of town to buy a car.

After a fairly good experience purchasing our new to me used vehicle (a 3 hour wait to finalize the paperwork) with a good price. I had a verbal agreement with the sales person to provide me with the second key fob that was at "the other location". After I left happy, I am now not. They tell me it is not a requirement to provide a second key for a used vehicle (and I agree with this statement). But this was a factor in my decision to purchase this vehicle as I need 2 keys. When I contact the sales associate they tell me they will talk to the manager and I never get a call back and always the brush off.
So I am sorry to say, what could have been a very good experience has now been tainted by a key fob and poor follow up after sales.
So my families future car purchases will not be through Feldmans or any of their branches and I recommend to any that read this... If you are dealing with Feldmans make sure you get it in writing if you expect it to be done.

Lisa Harris is the best car salesperson I bought a car from. I rate my experience as exceeding excellent for every aspect of my buying experience. Not only was she very professional, she was very courteous and speedy with answers for everything I asked about. When I asked a difficult question about towing on a car dolly behind our motorhome she had the answer in minutes. I checked with another dealer about the same question several times and before contacting her and the other dealer was not able to provide any kind of an answer that was helpful. With Lisa's thorough answer I decided to buy the in stock vehicle from her. I called one day and picked up the car the next. The new car demo at delivery was very informing and helpful. Great job from everyone and don't think twice about buying from them. The dealership is clean and updated from the complimentary food bar in the showroom to the bathrooms and beyond. More than a 5 star rating is earned by them.
