If I could do 0 stars I would. It takes over 3 months for them to fix the front end of my vehicle from a rock. Jan 20 is when I dropped it off. Hardly any communication, became the middle man for Enterprise and my insurance because no one including myself could get a hold of them. Even the direct line to the service advisor, nothing! Had to get corporate involved. Get my vehicle back for it YET to not be completely fixed. Horn doesn’t work, missing an entire piece of trim, no part is aligned correctly and looks like its been mod podge together. To top it off, been trying to get a hold of them, left voicemails and guess what, still no response! Im ready to sell my vehicle and never deal with a Hyundai related vehicle again! Thank you for the awful and irritating experience im still having to deal with.
