Had a terrible experience with my salesperson Elias Chaya I told him the car that I was interested in he showed it to me. I liked it. I drove it. I put $1000 deposit down. He said it would take a few days to get back to me because of the computer is down situation. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t heard anything up until today. He said the finance guy was working on it, I change my mind and I don’t want to deal the long waiting and I was told that I can’t get my $1000 deposit down because it’s nonrefundable very unprofessional of the dealership and I highly recommend anyone never to go there

Best buying experience I've ever had. They sell a lot of pre-owned Teslas, and they seem to know the rebates for them better than anyone else. The showroom is gorgeous and clean, and I felt really cared about while I was there. I chose a Model Y. It was used, but it smelled nice and was super clean. They showed me how to charge it properly and went over all the features it has with me. I was able to test drive and the entire process was really smooth. They've always been super responsive and kind when I've reached out. After my first week of owning a Tesla, I had a tire Issue. Scott helped me get it fixed in 1 day, no waiting - it was just done. I'm going to get all my service for both of our vehicles from them now, and I'll be giving them a shot at our next purchase as well.

I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6 months, but I was in a car accident just before Christmas. Thankfully, I was OK, but my Honda Civic was totalled. It was time to upgrade to a cross over vehicle. We contacted all Nissan dealers (Albany,NY and Springfield,MA) and Johnson Nissan had the best price. We dealt with Laura from the start, and she was nothing but professional, honest and courteous. She went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible, knowing that it was a traumatic time as well because of my car accident.When I picked up my vehicle, she spent over an hour with me in the vehicle setting up my bluetooth, going through every feature, etc. This really impressed me - I've never had a car salesperson do that before! I have already recommended Laura and Johnson Nissan to friends and co-workers.

My experience was awful for the most part dealerships hate lease buyouts since they make no money from reviews I thought this would be a decent dealership I was wrong they have no experience in dealing with people with challenged credit scores I worked at a nissan for 8 years and saw many credit scores and our sales department always worked to help these people. This dealership made me go in fill out a credit application and told me to go because they did not want to make me wait. They also told me they would give me a call to let me know of the outcome never called and swore up and down they left a message which I never received. They didn't help and dinged my credit 5 times. Beware and take your business elsewhere if you are in my situation.
