Francis was incredibly friendly and helpful! I was a bit early to my appointment and they were able to take me in shortly after. The waiting area is comfortable and I do enjoy looking around the showroom for a bit too. Everyone you meet and talk to while there is so cordial. The service was completed in a rather timely manner and done well. I appreciate the vacuuming and washing of my car that done before I leave. The video sent to me that shows things like my brakes for example are helpful and provide some insight into the state of your vehicle. I would 100% recommend Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough Massachusetts. Thanks again to Francis and the whole team there for making it another great trip to the dealer!

STAY AWAY from this disaster of a company. I regretfully bought a car only a year ago from them, I took the car home and the more I looked the more of a mess I found. There was a lolipop stuck to a cup holder. I had to fight to get my spare key.. which ended up having a remote starter on it. They never gave me the key for my locked lug nuts. Unless you show up, you can’t get a hold of them. They don’t pick up the phone. xxxxtiest business ever
