I leased my 3rd Cadillac today using my same salesman, Robert Alexander at Capital Cadillac. Once again, Robert was able to anticipate what I wanted and like, He was able to have precisely what I wanted and what suits me. It is refreshing to have someone in this business who does not make you feel "pressured" and who honors what I think is right for me. In years past, I have had the opposite opinion of some car dealers and salesmen. Not only was Robert hospitable, Kevin Graham remembered many things he and I had discussed 3 1/2 years ago when I leased my last Cadillac. These personable touches make a customer feel appreciated and that they are not being "sold a bill of goods." LOL. Even if we are, I feel better about it because the dealership is so helpful and concerned about making my experience wonderful.

After visiting three dealers, with one being rude & combative on a truck that was supposed to be there wasn't, we found the perfect truck for our farm needs. Our sales rep, John was great, still a bit miffed that we couldn't negotiate, but with trucks being in such demand & the fact it hadn't been there long (pre-owned), it is what it is. Called multiple times and the only choice was to leave a message and someone would get back to you. Left several messages and no return call. How are you supposed to buy parts when you can't even find out if they have the part??? When should a potential customer expect a call back when their vehicle is broke down? Days later?
