Like any vehicle purchase, there is a lot to manage, understand, and discuss. Bradford made this experience top tier! Sales management was engaged early and did NOT make this feel "salesy". It was a pleasant experience and very collaborative. I got the number for my trade that I wanted and I purchased the new RAM for the price I wanted. If it helps, know this; because the experience with Bradford was so good, two days later I sold my wife's car and bought another new car from Bradford. There is rarely an "easy button" with car purchasing. Bradford challenges that concept. A+++

I had such a great experience at Criswell FIAT Criswell Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM and FIAT in Gaithersburg, MD. I made a call in the morning, stopped by on March 21 to check out the 2024 Toyota RAV4 and got to talk to Kevin Ferguson, one of their pre-owned sales consultants. Kevin was very nice and helpful right from the start. I came back on March 25 and ended up buying an awesome 2024 Toyota RAV4 with only about 16,000 miles on it—practically new! One of the biggest reasons I went through with the purchase was because of Kevin. He was patient, respectful, and always made time to answer my questions thoroughly. His attitude and service made the whole process smooth and easy. Plus, I was thrilled to finalize this purchase before the possible car price increase, which just added to my relief and happiness! I’m really happy with my new ride and the whole experience. I’d absolutely recommend Kevin and this dealership to anyone looking for a car—I'll definitely be sending my friends and family their way!

I had to call for updates and received one that told me they took another car in front of mine after telling me that they were working on mine. It made my plans very complicated.

my stepfather James was in their dealership a few days ago he is a disabled senior citizen that had to have his car looked at the issues that were wrong with his car was to replace the harness and a few wires I looked up the price of these parts and their little under $600 they assisted on wanting to charge him at least $2,600 for the work taking advantage of disabled senior citizens to make three times the profits off of Labor is unacceptable I feel that this is my obligation to reach out to the Better Business Bureau and follow complaint against this company because charging someone nearly $2,000 for labor is a scam so if you're looking to have work done at this dealership I would strongly reconsider other options I mean I would like to see this company negotiate a better price with Mr James then I may feel obligated to change my strongly negative review about this company a job like this should probably be about $1200 Parts should be 600 to 800 and labor should be about 400

I tried to get it fixed under warranty but they said there was nothing wrong with the engine. This dealer sells bad vehicles, do not buy here, they won't honor the warranty

I purchased a vehicle from the Jeep dealership in Woodbridge, Virginia, in August 2023. Since then, I've relocated to Maryland and have visited my local Jeep dealership for service from time to time. Although I can’t quite put my finger on it, the atmosphere at the Maryland location often makes me feel inclined to drive back to Virginia for my services when I can. However, due to convenience and timing, I recently scheduled an oil change at the dealership here in Bel Air, MD. I pulled into the quick oil change lane and into the garage, where a friendly employee greeted me, took my keys, and directed me to Kiosk #2 for assistance. As I waited, I placed my purse and laptop on the small counter when a man sat down and asked what service I needed. I informed him I was there for an oil change, and he immediately commented that he didn't have my paperwork, then started assisting another customer. Feeling frustrated, I moved my belongings and stood at Kiosk #1, wondering why I had just been dismissed. Shortly after, the gentleman who took my keys handed my paperwork to the man at Kiosk #2, who then began entering my information. I asked why he had initially turned me away, and he responded that the customer he was assisting had a 3 PM appointment for an oil change. I informed him that I also had a 3 PM appointment and questioned why the other customer's appointment seemed to take precedence over mine. He explained the pull-in protocol, but it was clear he hadn’t paid attention to the process I had already followed. Instead of assisting me, he chose to be dismissive and rude. After a tense back-and-forth, I informed him that I no longer wanted him handling my service. He then handed my paperwork to the employee at Kiosk #1, who remained impressively professional despite the situation. Unfortunately, my experience at this dealership was ruined by the rude behavior of the employee, Keith Capps.
