I simply asked about bringing the vehicle to a closer location so that I could take it for a test drive, and within minutes they had me set up for the next morning. This was my 2nd purchase from Heritage and happy with my choice. They even personally delivered the car to me at my home that same evening, which included instructions on most features and even set up my cell phone to the car.

First started communicating with this dealer on a potential purchase for a new RAM 2500 about a month ago (end of DEC 2024). Their website showed that they had a truck that fit our list of options/needs on their lot. First/initial inquiry with this dealer, the OTD price was a bit north of what we were willing to pay but they did explain that the current discounts being offered from Ram at that time were few and far in between so we decided to continue shopping around. About a month goes by and they actually reach back out to us to see if were still shopping and interested in purchasing, which we were. In response we asked if there were any better discounts being offered on the 2500s and low and behold there were this go around. They shot us an OTD price this go around that we couldnt turn-down. Drove up to see the truck and test drive it and were greeted by Brandon right away who was excellent in showing the truck, going over its features and supporting us on a test drive. Fell in love with the truck after the test drive so went inside to close the deal. Both Brandon Freyman and Matt were awesome in supporting us throughout the purchase process. Will definitely be keeping them in mind for our next vehicle purchase down the road.

We had our Jeep service twice from Adams and service was great so in October 2024 I called and ask to to speak with the sales manager and purchase or order a Jeep Wrangler from them. We said we would be up there in an hour and he agreed. we got there and he he would be with us shortly. We waited a half hour and went back to meet with him. He was still on the phone and ignored us. We decided to leave and go else where. We drove to another dealership and was greeted by their sales manager! He ask what type of Jeep ? We pointed to the Jeep for liked and he said take it for a test drive! Within 2 hrs the paper work was done and we drove home! Adams lost A $65,000 sale and we will never go back!!! Joh and Sandy

I took my 2018 van to tate dodge to have the oil filter - Don't go to tate

I took my 2018 van to tate dodge to have the oil filter housing replaced under warranty. I have done this job myself several times on other chrysler 3.6 engines for friends. It is a common issue for that engine and should be very straightforward. I considered doing it myself but decided since it was under warranty I would save some money and have Tate do it. I went to pick up my "completed" van. It was missing half the bolts holding the intake manifold down, the oil was 2 quarts low from them not refilling it after having the engine apart. It had several clips broken and the air intake was never tightened down. I will provide pictures of this. The van is also completely covered in several quarts of oil. I have no idea if the leak is still present right now because even after cleaning several times there is so much oil stuck down in the valleys under the intake. I brought this the the attention of the shop foreman and they took the van back in to fix it. It still isn't fixed. These pictures are of the van underneath after the 2nd attempt. I am told the mechanic that worked on my vehicle has been at tate for 30 years. There is absolutely no excuse for this type work. My van was in absolutely perfect condition except the oil filter housing when I took it in. It will never be the same now. Stay far away. If Tate responds to this review like others asking me to reach out to talk about my problems please know I have already tried with no support.

I bought a used vehicle here,within months it started consuming lots of oil, I took it to the dealer where they only performed oil changes, never once they took me serious, My car engine died 2 years later, please dont buy any vehicles here. I tried to get it fixed under warranty but they said there was nothing wrong with the engine. This dealer sells bad vehicles, do not buy here, they won't honor the warranty
