my car was bought in augusta from auburn i brought back for check on cvt transmission when i told them it was making noises and not working correctly they kept it for three weeks then gave back saying nothing wrong so i paid it off and it died two weeks later i knew it was wrong .apparently there tecks arnt trained. when i called to have them fix its not there problem cause i paid it and my extended warrenty off even though i conplained before that this place scores a zero from me till they man up and repair my car that has been sitting since it died. i would say never buy used cars from lee credit ever ever, or a extended warrenty it is useless for 8000 dollars.

He made the transaction so easy, I would highly recommend him. I am glad I drove by. I ordered a soft top from them and Hope in parts was fantastic as well. I would definitely go back.

When it arrived Tim notified me and set up a convenient time for the sale to take place. That day went very smoothly…all the paperwork was ready for me to sign. I received lots of information and instructions on the new features and I felt confident to drive away! Love the car. I know that if I have questions or need further help with the features I can call and make an appointment.

We called K & R to say we were interested in a car and Teddy answered and invited us to see it. They were really busy when we got there but we were greeted immediately by several friendly staff and while Teddy was on a test-drive, he had the car ready and already started, so we could look it over. As soon as he became available, he ran to us and was very friendly and knowledgeable. From that point on, he did everything he could to answer our questions and m ake us feel comfortable. My test drive with him was a great time, as he is friendly and fun! Best car purchase ever and I'm 61 (don't know how many cars I've owned, but it's a lot). I highly recommend Teddy and will go back to K & R again If I ever need another vehicle. Oh, I love the car! It was a fair price and though we went to 2 other auto sales, I'm glad we shopped at K & R in Auburn, ME.

Rude, nasty people who avoid communication when the message isn’t in their favor. Got a quote for a job “two weeks, it’ll probably be a week but I’ll say two to be safe” it’s over a month and the work isn’t done, and now they’re suddenly charging for the work that they missed the first time around. Slimy people who also MLM on the side. Their number one focus is money, money, money, and look, looks, looks- well those things only last so long. Wouldn’t recommend anyone do business here. Read the reviews, and decide if this is a headache worth nursing.

The car we purchased was a problem child from the moment we drove it off the lot. They said they fixed things they didn’t, dodged our phone calls, and refused to work with us when we asked to swap/trade it for another vehicle. The vehicle itself was a complete lemon, was in the shop literally every 2-3 weeks and cost us way more than it was worth, but they refused to help us figure out how to get out from under it. The shop and sales office is a total dump and incredibly sketchy. we will never ever go back and are telling everybody we know to avoid it.
