All the staff worked together as a team, and actually care about their company, the product, and the customer. They checked and directly called lenders to find the best interest rate. Add-ons were available, but there was no real pressure for those. I highly recommend checking out the high quality inventory on their website.

Megan was very patient to answer all my questions, and give me time to decide. I didn't feel pressured at all. The dealer stood behind my purchase and even fixed a problem that my mechanic found during the pre-buy inspection. We got a beautiful vehicle for a great price.

I purchased a new K4 earlier in June from Kia Preston Highway and the overall experience was fantastic. I spent a couple of hours a week prior seeing and test-driving multiple models to familiarize myself with what Kia had to offer. Morgan patiently walked me through each model and answered all my questions. She was not pushy; she did not try to steer me in any direction. She let me figure out for myself what I ultimately wanted without resorting to any high-pressure sales tactics. When I made my decision and submitted a credit application, Alex got back with me quickly and made the arrangements for me to come in the next morning to sign all the paperwork. The process went smoothly; everybody was friendly and helpful. The finance department even worked to get me the best interest rate possible. I love the car and can honestly say that this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. If you are interested in buying a Kia (and you really should), Kia Preston Highway will take very good care of you. Especially if you work with Alex and/or Morgan. I cannot recommend this dealership enough.

Stephen warmly greeted us anyway, making us feel welcome and at home. He had a vehicle waiting for us out front to check out and test drive. He answered every question and more. We felt no pressure or deception during the whole process. He was open and honest and it was obvious, he genuinely wanted to make sure we were satisfied with our decision.
