For 6 months I had been trying to find a Jeep Dealership that would assist me in ordering a new 2025 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JL with a few of the options offered by Jeep. The 3 largest dealerships in Southern California all had the same answer. It seems that these 3 dealerships said that some of the options I wanted could not be together on the same jeep. What I wanted could NOT be done. I had to "give up" half of what I wanted to even get the other half on my jeep. Why do I want "half a jeep"? These 3 "dealers" basically refused to help me. Megan and David at Dan Cummins Jeep did what SoCal said could not be done. Megan worked with me almost every single day to get this jeep manufactured..what were Megan's words..EXACTLY as I wanted it! And she did just that! And at a decent price too, I might add! So now I have the "dream" jeep I wanted, NOT half-a-jeep, but the whole Jeep! Only because the crew at Dan Cummins Jeep, Megan, David, everyone, did the "impossible", they dedicated themselves to getting me the jeep I wanted, not what THEY wanted me to have (like those other 3). IF you want a Jeep, if you want YOUR Jeep, Call Megan, Call David, Call Dan Cummins Jeep! You will NOT be disappointed! Michael

I was fortunate enough to have been assigned Carl Zepniewski to help me with my purchase of a new 2025 Jeep Rubicon. I’m not the easiest customer as I have a lot of questions and I take my time deciding large purchases. Every step of the way Carl was quick to respond to my text questions, polite and bent around corners to put a deal together which I consider to be the best I could find within a few hundred miles. After over an hour drive to the dealership, things were handled professionally with my trade. I could not be happier with the Jeep and my overall buying experience at Dan Cummins Georgetown. I will likely give first dibs to this dealer and Carl specifically in the future for any vehicles I am looking to buy that can be found on their lot. If you are looking to buy from this dealer, I’d recommend contacting Carl first for motivated service, a polite and friendly demeanor and clear knowledge of the products he is selling. 5 star buying experience.

The first vehicle I purchashed from Freedom CDJR was in Oct 2024. Miles assisted me in trading for a 2020 Ram 2500. Be make the prices very simple and was able to even get a trailer brake installed for my towing needs. I traded the 2500 I'm for a 2020 Ram 1500 in early April 2025 when I was contacted by Marc about someone interested in my Ram 2500. They made the trade very easy. I noticed a couple issues after I left the lot and they worked with me to get those taken care of without any issues. We are looking at a new vehicle for my wife this summer and will definitely be going to Freedom CDJR when we do.

Purchased a Chrysler Pacifica from Zimmer in late 2019; today during a blizzard and an unfortunate family medical emergency the battery gave out; explained the predicament I was in with having young kids and the medical emergency being 3 hours away where I’m from which would’ve left my wife and young twins without a car and they executed flawlessly to get our vehicle running again within a short window of time. Highly recommend!!

Best car buying experience ever!! Hunny Beechum was wonderful to deal with. Negotiated the deal via phone and drove off with the car less than 24 hours after initial contact. They gave me a great deal on my trade and the monthly payment they quoted me over the phone was exactly what they said it would be at signing. If I could give them negative stars I would. If you are thinking of buying a car from Linwood Paducah, I highly recommend you rethink your decision. We were sold a vehicle that was in “excellent” condition according to them to later find out it has terrible hail damage on the roof. Insurance can’t cover it bc it hasn’t hailed since we bought it. Linwood told me they would pay half to fix it and once they got the estimate to fix it, they backed out and said there was nothing they could do. Sad bc I have been a very loyal customer for years. To top it off they were very rude and hateful the entire time. Long Story short don’t give them your business!

Saw a really good price advertised via the web on Jeep Gladiator. I reached out and got a call back from Daniel Deatherage. I live in Tennessee and he walked me through how the deal would work being out of state. Daniel and the team at Big M were transparent and very honest with me and worked to get my business. They worked the deal different ways to see which would be the best way for me with a trade in as well. I had dealt with a couple of dealerships in the Nashville area and felt they were both just trying to take as much of my money as they could. Never felt that way with Daniel and Big M team. This was by far the best buying experience I have ever had and I have bought over a dozen vehicles. I would highly recommend Daniel and the Big M team if you want to be treated properly. The best thing I can say is I will be back when time comes to buy my next vehicle.
