I thought they did a great job. I called from Maryville, Mo and worked with Jaydon Maldonado. He was very good at taking pics and videos for me and showing me everything on the vehicle. I ended up buying a Velar and they delivered it to my house over 4 hrs away. Again, excellent sales/service!!!!

My husband and I don't live close to a Suzuki dealership and originally we had gone to the Springfield Suzuki dealership. We arrived at that dealership 30 minutes before close and found that everyone except for one salesman had gone home already, so we were unable to test drive the SX4 Crossover. We were then told that Suzuki did not make any other model except for what was on the lot - that they were all the same. They said that the website was not correct and I could not get a loaded SX4. I left disgusted and angry. The next day I called Pride Suzuki of Olathe and talked to John Lopez who told me YES I could get the SX4 I wanted and he went out of his way to make it happen. He located the vehicled I wanted, had it shipped to them, started the loan process and kept us informed. Not only was he honest, he did all of this without us having to drive 2 1/2 hours to the dealship. He even had the car delivered to us!! Bravo and kudos to John for renewing our faith in honest people and most of all buying a car. We will buy again from him and will be more than happy to send him more business.
