ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES EVER!!! Mr. Adam White greeted me within just a few minutes of entering the service department and asked if I had been helped. Although I didn't have an appointment, he heard about my concern and made me feel like I was going to get the best service experience in all of Olathe. The tech quickly looked over my concern, and Adam was able to seamlessly process a warranty claim. When I picked up my car, it was not only washed, but it drove like the day I took it off the lot. The service department took care of the low tire pressure light. Clint Bowyer service department took the time to get the computer connection to the low tire pressure sensor. The so-called Topeka dealership didn't give a crap to properly take care of the problem. I definitely won't be at the Topeka Toyota location ever again. Emporia Toyota dealership has my trust in them.

The service team at Noller helped me arrange a tow, had it taken to a wholesaler, and quickly and efficiently helped me negotiate a trade-in value for my car that was far from what I expected given its condition. Kind, compassionate, empathetic, understanding, helpful, caring - ALL of these words come to mind. I cannot express how thankful I am for this dealership, and especially Steve, the general manager, and Jason, in the service department. I live in the Kansas City area and our daughter is attending her junior year at K-State, which is also he first year away from home. She had just purchased a used Kia in KC, to get to and from school and work in Manhattan, and the day she arrived at school, her car broke down. Distribution of parts has been an issue, and finding the problem was no easy task, so Steve went above and beyond to make certain my daughter was able to make to school everyday and to work, and also to make it home for the holidays. The car had several issues, and Jason and his crew resolved every one of them. They are an exemplary team at Kia of Manhattan, and we cannot thank them enough for going the extra mile and assuring us that we need to worry about our daughter being away from home.
