This is an update to my earlier review-"Disappointed..." So I got a call from the service department. They admitted the mechanic overlooked the problem with the sway or stabilizer bar and they got me in at my convenience and took care of the repair. I hate that I have to keep going back to get things done, but once they knew what happened they got right on it. I do appreciate that.

Have used Bob Allen service department many times and have always received excellent guidance and outcomes on worked performed. They added Apple Car Play to 2016 F150 and tonneau cover. Very pleased with work and would recommend.

Two things I didn’t like was that I dropped off my car at 10 am and the kept it overnight and didn’t pick it up til noon next day. These Diagnostic fees are way too expensive and there are to many of them. One diagnostic charge per visit !!!!!

BMW has the worst service department we have ever experienced. We took our SUV BMW in for yearly service and it came back three days later in WORSE shape that when we brought it in! We have purchased three BMWs in the last 10 years but we will not be doing this again. When I went to pick it up, they had gashed in the back of the car with some type of tool. And then we discovered, after we got home (one hour away, that they hadn't even changed the oil!! Never again...

Our vehicle was there for THREE weeks. We would call to ask about progress and several times we got an answer of 'we don't have any record of your vehicle being here.' Then we would get a call back later in the day to tell us that they were waiting on the mechanic or ordering a part. On Friday, September 29th we called to ask about the status of our vehicle. We again got the response that they had no record of our vehicle being in the shop. We were told Mike would have to call us back. We made plans to get a car dolly and tow our vehicle to another dealer because we had no confidence that our vehicle would ever be fixed. Then about 4:30 that afternoon Mike called back to tell us that our vehicle was fixed and ready to be picked up. We understand that the service department was very busy but there was not an excuse for 'having no record of our vehicle'. We are looking to purchase a new vehicle and we had considered looking at Beckman Motors, but that will no longer be a consideration.

Best people in town. I needed to find a car charger when I was in town but none to be found. I thought for sure I would have to call for help but My friend Cindy suggested I ask Beloit Auto &Truck Plaza. Cindy talked to Nina Williams, who was a delight and as helpful as anyone can be. I was so grateful for Nina’s helpful and perfect customer service support that even when I tried to tip her she wasn’t having it and declined telling me this is her job and happy to help. Please start here when you’re in the market for a new vehicle. Two thumbs up and 10 out of 10 on my customer relations-O-meter.

However, they service my car to perfection! I receive the very best customer care and service from Crow-Moddie, especially thanks to Dayton Sutterby. Dayton is the best guy at customer service. He calls when he says he'll call. If there's additional problems or work that needs to be done, Dayton calls and visits with me about it beforehand. He's the best!

We were pulling a large 5th wheel trailer with our Dodge RAM 3500 when our diesel fuel tank came loose and was dragging the highway. We limped into Dan Brenner Ford. Everyone was great to us, dropped what they were doing and came out to take a look. Chance rolled under the truck on a creeper and checked out the situation. Rolled out and announced, "No problem" I'll have you fixed in no time. And he did. We were back out on I-70 less than an hour after we had limped in. I can't say enough about the service. And we weren't even driving a Ford. They only charged us $40.
