⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough wonderful things about the service I received at Donnovan! I had just purchased a used van from a private party, and the very next day, the windows suddenly stopped working. I was absolutely panicked, especially because I had my disabled grandchildren with me. It was already late in the day, and I was worried about what I was going to do. Since I had purchased the van from a private party, I wasn’t sure where to turn. I went to Donnovan, and from the moment I arrived, the staff immediately put me at ease. They calmed my anxiety, treated me with kindness and compassion, and took excellent care of me and my vehicle. Their professionalism and willingness to help meant so much to me during what was already a very stressful situation. And to make the experience even better, I happened to have my little Pomeranian with me — and the staff took care of him too! ❤️ It’s those little acts of kindness that you remember. A huge SHOUT OUT to Preston, Sergio, and Lisa! Thank you for going above and beyond and making a stressful situation so much easier. You didn’t just take care of my van — you took care of me, and I truly appreciate it. I highly recommend Donnovan to anyone looking for people who genuinely care about their customers. Steve Cain is one of the worst business managers that I've ever known, he's been screwing everyone over his entire careeer. Cable Dahmer will do much better when he is out. I would recommend the drive to KC, their sales is more honest, and doesn't have Steve trying to rip off customers. I bought 2 cars in a year, and tried a third until Steve got invovled. Then I went to an online seller and had an actual good honest purchase for a very similiar vehicle.

My car is a Braun handicap accessible vehicle that I took for service at Jay Hatfield Mobility. My experience was horrible there! Had my car for 4 days, looked at it 1 day and stated “we don’t know what’s wrong with it, come get it”. Even though they did find a drain on the battery. Picked it up, brought it home and the next day battery was dead again. Syd was rude in the service dept and he was very unprofessional and absolutely no interest in fixing my issue! Since then it was towed to United Access were they are more than willing to keep It until it’s fixed!!

Contacted this dealership for obvious reasons but mostly because I have bad credit. Ricky got in touch with me. Every time he said he was working on something for me he wouldn’t get back to me until a week or more later. I’ve worked in car sales and I know they are slammed with customers at times but not so much that they can’t get back with a customer. He finally told me out of the blue that he was working on something for me. I live an hour and a half away so I told him that I wanted to get most of the deal done before I make the drive and I want to know what vehicle he is working on. He didn’t answer my question and I haven’t heard from him at all. Stay clear of this dealership.
