Came into the shop thinking I had a major issue with my 2018 Enclave. Derrick was very kind. He didn't make me feel like I was ignorant because the issue was a simple 3 minute fix. He also took the time to check for service bulletins. That issue was cleared up and I was out the door for under $100. The shop and waiting areas are clean and comfortable. Everyone that I encountered was friendly and cordial. I don't give top ratings very often but they deserve it!

My car is a Braun handicap accessible vehicle that I took for service at Jay Hatfield Mobility. My experience was horrible there! Had my car for 4 days, looked at it 1 day and stated “we don’t know what’s wrong with it, come get it”. Even though they did find a drain on the battery. Picked it up, brought it home and the next day battery was dead again. Syd was rude in the service dept and he was very unprofessional and absolutely no interest in fixing my issue! Since then it was towed to United Access were they are more than willing to keep It until it’s fixed!!

Contacted this dealership for obvious reasons but mostly because I have bad credit. Ricky got in touch with me. Every time he said he was working on something for me he wouldn’t get back to me until a week or more later. I’ve worked in car sales and I know they are slammed with customers at times but not so much that they can’t get back with a customer. He finally told me out of the blue that he was working on something for me. I live an hour and a half away so I told him that I wanted to get most of the deal done before I make the drive and I want to know what vehicle he is working on. He didn’t answer my question and I haven’t heard from him at all. Stay clear of this dealership.
