Will never buy from here again. I was assaulted by the GM and 3 employees. My family and I have bought upwards of 10 vehicles from here. The GM (bald guy who would not tell me his name) threatened to punch me and "beat the xxxx outta me" ... Then got into my car while I was in front of it and he continued to drive into my legs, hitting me and as I lose my footing and fall into the hood of the car... I'm in literal shock. As I'm walking outside to try and get into my car... 3 other employees including BryceLanghurst, Mike Bushman, come to harass me. The GM gets out of my car to get in my face again to assault me ... Before getting back into my car to drive it clear across the lot... As I walk to my car across the lot, the 3 other employees insist on harassing me to my car... Then tell me I cannot leave... While 2 others tell me to leave and blocking my car. I have made a police report. I have video and pictures. Bought a 2023 Crown Limited that was suppose to be Gold Certified. To find out it was not properly certified being bated to buy this vehicle and lied to on the certification. Within the day of purchase I experienced problems like the software being 2 years old on the infotainment system which made my screen glitch, backup camera not working... Lane assist not working... Heated seats don't work.... Knocking in the engine when reversing... Horrible wind noise in the driver side... This is just a few. When I discuss these concerns in detail to the manager John, I get a one word reply, "Yep.". Absolutely unacceptable. This is shady and did nothing to compensate for this stress and straight up lie to a returning customer. dealership. Sad, unprofessional, unacceptable. My software was never updated the 7 days it was here... And when I complained about new scratches, that apparently was the last straw and they couldn't bare to take responsibility. I had just dropped a $14k down payment buying a $42k car... Didn't think my concerns were out of reach. No apology yet from Toyota or this dealership for such a horrible experience.

GO HERE FIRST !! You Will definitely be treated RIGHT ! My daughter got her car here and so when I was ready for a NEW car I messaged Andrew Page and he and DJ Deery Listened to what I wanted, and What my Price range was and they FOUND ME MY 2025 TOYOTA CAMRY Hybrid and I Love her!! She has EVERYTHING AND MORE of what I wanted and I was so exited to test drive it that they held her the minute they got her and let me know first thing!! I have never had a BRAND NEW CAR before and they knew that I wanted to stay in a budget price and what I expected for my trade in and they GAVE me the Fair Price for my Trade in and for MY NEW CAR. They took the time with me to teach me everything I needed to know and they have been great with me stopping by with questions and concerns and they take it very seriously. They make me feel like I am important and they make sure that I am happy. I am SO HAPPY!! Andrew and DJ really treated me fairly and I was very happy with the entire experience. If you need a car or you are just looking STOP HERE FIRST!! They treat you like family!!! We have bought 3 vehicles now from Dan Deery and everyone of my family members and myself are very satisfied with the service and sale of our vehicles!!

WE WERE SEARCHING FOR 2 WEEKS UNTIL WE FINALLY FOUND AN INCOMING UNIT THAT WAS NOT RESERVED WE PRE-ORDERED A PREBUILT 2022 SILVER SIENNA LE AWD WITH A PRE-BUILT VIN NUMBER OF 5TDKSKFC4NS49A791. WE GAVE THEM EVERYTHING THEY ASKED FOR AND WERE GIVEN AN ETA FOR "JAN 13 2022" WE PAID A $500 DOWNPAYMENT AND HAD AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE OF $37,797 TO PAY ON DELIVERY. AS WE WERE ALL THE WAY DOWN IN FLORIDA WE BOOKED A SHIPPING COMPANY TO COLLECT THE VEHICLE AND DELIVER IT TO US. AFTER NOT GETTING CONTACTED BY ANYBODY IN THE FIRM ON THE ETA DATE WE REACHED OUT TO THE DEALERSHIP. THE ORIGINAL SALES PERSON MEAGAN WAS OFF AND WE LEFT AN VOICEMAIL ABOUT AN UPDATE OF THE VEHICLES ARRIVAL AND TO GET THE WIRING INSTRUCTIONS TO FINISH THE PAYMENT AND A NEW VIN NUMBER FOR THE SHIPPER. WE RECIEVED NO CALL WHATSOEVER BUT SUDDENLY GOT A MESSAGE FROM MY BANK THAT WE WERE REFUNDED OUR $500 CHARGE. WE WERE FURIOUS HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE. WE CONTACTED THE DEALERSHIP AND WE WERE TOLD THE FOLLOWING IN ORDER OF THE CALLS WE MADE AFTER THE PHONES BEING PUT DOWN AT US 1) THE VEHICLE TOOK LONGER TO ARRIVE SO THEY MADE A REFUND 2) THAT WE DIDNT GIVE THEM A PICTURE OF OUR CREDIT CARD 3) THAT A TOYOTA REP TOLD THEM THAT THEY SUSPECT FRAUD 4) THAT THEY SUSPECTED WE MAY EXPORT WE HIGHLY BELIEVE THAT THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE CURRENT SHORTAGE AND MANAGED TO SECURE A NEW BUYER WITH A $5000 MARKET ADJUSTMENT FEE. THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO MESSAGE US OR CALL US TO LET US KNOW THAT WE SHOULD LOOK ELSEWHERE AND THAT THEY COULDNT GO FORWARD. NADA! THEY CONTINOUSLY KEPT PUTTING THE PHONE DOWN AT US WE ARE A FAMILY WITH 6 KIDS. WE SOLD OUR VEHICLE LAST WEEK EXPECTING THE NEW VEHICLE. WE ARE NOW SERIOUSLY STUCK WITH LOCAL DEALERS ASKING FOR $12,000 MARKET ADJUSTMENT FEE FOR AN ORDER VEHICLE (3-6 MONTHS WAITING TIME) I HOPE THEY ALL ROTT IN xxxx AND MAY GOD TAKE REVENGE ON OUR BEHALF AND CAUSE THEM ATLEAST THE SAME PAIN HEADACHE AND TIME WASTING. My wife and I enjoyed the experience we had visiting this dealership. We first called to inquire about a pickup truck seen online. They responded to all of our questions while also giving us additional information about the truck along with sending additional pictures to help in the description. Once we arrived to look and drive the vehicle it turned out to exceed our expections. We will definitely call them for our next vehicle purchase.
