Service was scheduled (Next day), my choice, for Oil change & Tire Rotation. Arrived On-time. Service was completed with no issues including full inspection, and on my way all less than an hour. Excellent and friendly service. Coffee and News on TV while I waited. They offered a Car Wash, but it was supposed to rain, so I declined.

Diagnostic costs a lot, but luckily I knew my batteries were dead. Got both main and aux battery changed for a little under 800$ Took about 2 hrs due to me asking for a rush job due to a an early flight. Drive great to Chicago and driving to Virginia soon and hopefully it’ll drive great. Wasn’t given much education, but service was great otherwise. Team members weren’t annoyed when I kept asking how much longer which was nice as well!

Early December, I took my Jeep to Gaddis for an oil change and service for a couple of things. It came back to me out of the shop driving and sounding almost like a new one. The service department runs smoothly, keeps me informed, does what they tell me they are going to do, and does it all with courtesy that is hard to find today, anywhere. Gaddis has been taking care of my Overland for 12 years! I choose to have no one else service my Jeep except Gaddis! Even if you are a 75 miles away, it's worth the drive for the expert care. Then there is the Sales and Management. I have been looking at new cars for two years. A couple of weeks after my service mentioned above, I drove out with a new Grand Cherokee Overland. How did that happen? I talked with Sam Combs. He got together with Steve Gaddis. Found exactly what I was looking for. It was smooth, it was easy on my part (a lot of work on their part). Incredible! Now you see why I says it's worth it to bring your business to Gaddis in Muncie.
