Michiana Chrysler dropped the ball big time regarding a recall. I called them they setup an appointment to come get the service completed. When I got there to my appointment they said they needed a signatu recall. I called them they setup an appointment to come get the service completed. When I got there to my appointment they said they needed a signature to authorize ordering the part. Wasted my morning. Months later no follow up. I had called and left a message and never received a call back. I call auto park to inquire about my recall. They ordered the part over the phone with no signature needed. I get told it’ll be a week or two and they will schedule me. They ended up getting the part early. Got me on the books and completed the recall. Great staff and probably a total of 2 weeks from first call to recall completion. Recommend Auto Park as the best CDJR dealer in the area. More
