Andrew was very helpful and patient from the start. The vehicle I came in to test drive was not on the lot as they sell out quick as soon as they get inventory delivered. We hopped in a used model and went for a drive so I could get a feel for the car. The ride was great and I was certain I wanted to order one in a specific color. When we got back to the dealership, Andrew and the sales manager brought me information on a vehicle in transit from the factory. It wasn't the color I had wanted, but after some back and forth negotiations, they made me an offer I couldn't refuse. My first RAV4 ever and I am very happy with it.
