I hate buying cars, and absolutely dread it based on past experiences. Ashley and the crew at BMW of Ft. Wayne made it painless. I'm 3 hours away from the dealership, so everything had to be negotiated and reviewed beforehand. Ashley made an awesome video review of the car that went through the whole thing meticulously and made me feel a whole lot more comfortable buying a car from 3 hours away. There were no surprises at all when I went to the dealership. We negotiated a great price beforehand, and they gave me what I expected for my trade-in. Zach did a great job with the finance and documentation (extremely thorough), and Micheal (BMW Genius) took his time going through all the technology in the car. I dealt with four or five other dealerships in the process of buying the exact car I wanted for a good price, Ashley was the only one who could make it happen. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a BMW.
