She was kind, knowledgeable, and got the deal done without any hassle. Tyler in finance was also great to work with. He had everything ready to go and got us in and out of finance in 30 minutes, all while thoroughly explaining every page and stopping to ask if we had any questions multiple times. This was a excellent experience and definitely worth the 2.5 hour drive from Chicago!
