#Bachman Auto Group in Jeffersonville, IN is THE BEST dealership I have EVER purchased from! I just bought a 2024 Lexus NX Premium from them 2 months ago. First off, they matched the offer I got from Car Gurus on my trade-in and treated me with respect. To top this, I got a giant crack (7 inches) in my windshield just 5 days after buying my vehicle and they fully REIMBURSED ME for the cost of that repair I paid to Safelite in Ohio. It was certainly worth the 2hr drive I initially took from Ohio to do business with them. Just wanted you all to know that #Bachman Auto Group is a rare dealership that really takes care of its clients. They won my trust, for sure. If you decide to go there, ask for Gavin Miller in sales.👍

I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone! I had an appointment to have my jeep looked at, when I went inside service dept., I was ushered to the back to a man sitting in cubicle by back door. When I mentioned why I was there he rudely said let's take a look. Outside he started in on my tires and told me he knew all about warranties and mine wouldn't cover the problem. I asked several times for him to look at my warranty paperwork to see what was covered. He refused but continued to say that when dealers tell you that you have bumper to bumper, wrap around, everything covered you don't, they tell you that to make you think you are getting a great warranty!!!! He told me I was stupid not to read my many of warranty papers. Before he walked off he told me to argue it with Michiana where I bought my jeep. I called n left several messages including one voice message to owner and have yet to receive a return call!!! That guy treated me like xxxx on bottom of his shoe and owner doesn't care that his people treat customers like xxxx!!!!! I went to Grieger in Valpo, got treated like a queen n got jeep fixed and my warranty covered it.......imagine that!!!! Please tell family n friends to go to Grieger in Valpo!!!!!! He'll with this dealership!!!!

Salesman straight lied to us stating that the truck had went through the full inspection, oil change, etc.. Worst car buying experience ever. Then the sales manager stated that they would pay for the inspection and oil change I had completed and after two weeks they won’t return my email? I had to repair the third brake light as it was non functional within the first day. Stay far away from this dealership. Can’t imagine having to deal with them on service. I don’t recommend using this dealership.

2 weeks ago I was in a wreck. My insurance totaled my car and I got a small settlement. By the second week, I was paying for my rental out of pocket. I had gone to different places who offered something that turned out to be a glittered turd or wanted more than they posted. I was at the end of my rope. I pulled in just waiting for the disappointment. I was approached by Kevin Regnault Jr. I told him what my needs were, what I had in mind and my budget. Kevin seemed to really care and even though there wasn't a SUV in my price range, there was a smaller 2016 Kia Rio LX. It was bright yellow. The car had 1 owner, low mileage, and it was beyond fuel efficient, which with the type of work I do, I need fuel efficiency. He was honest and not pushy. I felt like he really cared and wanted to find me the best for what I could afford. I was skeptical about financing but Kevin and Kelly made it easy and I am so thankful for Kevin and Kelly at Mike Anderson Chrystler Dodge Jeep Ramp and Fiat. One day I'll get that SUV hahaha. I love my happy yellow car.

The technician is wonderful, but the communication with the service advisor or the Jeep Manager is extremely poor. My first experience with purchasing a John Jones vehicle and I can honestly say it will be by last.

Tiffany freeman was my salesperson and was awesome.if your looking for a dealership that don’t pressure you, follow you around, breathe down your neck and insist on riding with you on your test drive then Braun is the place. After test driving the truck I fell in love with it and bought it .i read another review on a upset customer that purchased a 2016 ram that was supposedly upset with problems with the truck well then you shouldn’t of bought it or drove it to someone you trusted to Check it out like I did before purchasing it. Tiffany didn’t pressure me and told me take my time which I did. Very professional,excellent customer service and ethical business establishment. Would recommend to anyone looking to for a vehicle to go here and see Tiffany. Thanks again for being an honest, no pressure fair dealership.
