If you're looking for a salesman who is honest, quick to respond, and makes you feel like your time is worth while- Then talk to Jacob Gillette. After shopping for a used car in the 30k-35k range and talking to multiple dealerships he is the salesman that stood out tremendously out of the 10+ I had spoken with. Don't believe me? Take it for yourself when you call and ask for Jacob specifically. Ultimately I did not buy a car from Jacob as another dealership gave me a deal I could not pass up (hopefully it doesn't bite me), but even after i let Jacob know that- He didn't pressure me one bit. He asked if there was anything at all he could do to EARN our business (I was impressed with this terminology, as all the separate salesmen i spoke with at other dealerships i didnt seem to matter to them), and didn't make me feel guilty about passing him up. I'll be looking for a full sized truck soon due to a baby on the way- I will absolutely be reaching out to him. You should too if you want to support a salesman that isn't pushy and isn't just in it for the money, he seemed like he actually WANTED to sell me a car, which I found out nowadays is surprisingly hard to find. After I called Ray Skillman the part arrived in less than 2 weeks and the work was completed in under 45 minutes. When I need service done on my car in the future I will be contacting Ray Skillman.

After a few test drives we found our perfect car! Corey was a joy to work with on the finance side. He could tell when didn't understand something and reviewed it again. He could answer all of our questions and you could tell he was very knowledgeable. We haven't bought a car in 14 years. Imagine that!! All the electronics and infotainment system was a bit overwhelming. Gavyn was so reassuring and made sure we understood. He scheduled our Ziebart in Greenwood and Sarah also gets a 5 star. He has called us twice since then to check on how we are doing. Scot did the finance part. It went so quick and smoothly. I love the big desk screen. We got the Diamond Total protection Package since we are not one of those people who buy a new car every few years. Kelley absolutely had best vehicles, from a quality perspective, and the best price, than any other dealer in US. No haggle, no surprises, gave me the most for my trade, than any other dealer. Felt absolutely comfortable with puchasing site unseen. Drove my trade from MN on a Sunday, met with Mark on Monday morning, was on my way back to MN before noon.
