After my initial review stating an issue with Roger Moffat, the Finance person, the dealership reached out to fix everything. Long story short about the issue, Roger had enrolled me into 3 warranties that he had me under the impression were already included and not an extra cost. I found out after everything was signed and I got my papers that they were not included, but were extra. Any way, I wrote my review in the middle of the night on Saturday because the issue I had was literally driving me insane. Ken Mahlka, the General Sales Manager, contacted me first thing Sunday morning even though he was off work. He apologized for the issue and requested I reach out with a time convenient for me to set up an appointment so it can be rectified. An appointment was made and everything was recontracted. Ken went over every document and explained everything to me. He was so pleasant and reassuring. He said that if I did decide later I wanted an extra warranty, I can come back at anytime to discuss it and get a quote. My initial review also gave a good statement about Jim Wright, my car salesman, so I want to reiterate it. Jim was awesome! He was so nice, knowledgeable and personable. He also met with me when I met with Ken and apologized for my issue even though it wasn’t his doing.
Ken and Jim were absolutely exceptional. You can tell they really care about their customers and their work. Just be careful of Roger if he is still working there.
