I am in my 60's and have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime for me, for my kids and my wife and never very much enjoyed the experience. Working with Mike Allen was a real pleasure and a whole different deal altogether. The car I was interested in was priced slightly above the amount of money I had decided to spend when I started my car search but Mike was willing to work with me and we agreed on a price that worked for both of us. I am thrilled with the car -it's as good, even better, than was advertised and I have no hesitation in recommending this dealership.

I spoke with Alex initially first via phone when I was calling to inquire about my vehicle he was very informative and helpful.

Horrible experience!! Not long after having it my transmission needed replaced and then the problems went downhill from there. All from brakes to A NEW COMPUTER SYSTEM to front and back calipers, to the air conditioning going out and the window breaking to where I couldn’t roll down the drivers side window. After all that being replaced so over 2 grand put into the car, it still DID NOT work! So my van sat and I paid 163.00 bi weekly for it to just sit. When I first purchased it, I think I really only drove it a hand full of times. I have small kids and was constantly stranded having to get it towed. I will never recommend anyone to JD BYRIDER.

Everything Manny feeds you is a lie and he is very disrespectful. I purchased a BMW from Manny back in December of 2013, and once I got it home everything went wrong. I spoke with Manny on the phone the day before driving 5 hours to come look at the BMW and he insisted that he just took it to the BMW store near him to get everything checked out. 5 days after I got home with the vehicle the check engine light came on. I took it in and it needed roughly $3000 worth of repairs. I spoke with Manny and he said everything checked out, and he doesn't know why everything went wrong. I decided to call the BMW dealership he said he took it to and the service advisor said that this vehicle NEVER came through their service lane. I have emailed, called, texted, and have yet to hear back from Manny. It is sad that someone can sleep at night with how he treats and screws over his customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER.

Bought a GTR from them. While driving home the car literally fell apart. Wheel wells and ground effect flew off car. While in shop I found out there was 10k worth of parts missing under car and the wrong bumper cover. 20k later car is put back together with no help from dealer. These guys are putting wrecks back together and not even close to proper. You would be a fool to even entertain buying a car here. I was!

Very comfortable and easy to work with. No pushy sales techniques. Sal was personable, polite, and had the car ready for me up front upon calling 10 minutes ahead of arriving. Top notch service. I haven't had this sort of treatment from a dealership before. It was a sense of relief, to be honest. I tested out a couple of vehicles and both were in good shape. Sal was honest about what, if any, work they needed. My father owned a dealership so I know what warning signs to look for. I test drove them and both drove well. Sal didn't even push his business card. He knew I had his number and told me to call him if I was interested. I plan on being back to purchase a vehicle.

No problems with any of the vehicles as I was able to drive all vehicles back home to Texas (940 miles) with only stops for gasoline & food. I bought a 2022 Mercedes new and experienced a multitude of error codes from the vehicle, one of which makes the steering pull to the right while driving among other issues. After receiving 3 different loner cars and months of trying to get the issues fixed the dealership told me they can not fix the issues this car has and I MUST return their loaner car to the dealership or they will file a stollen vehicle report and arrest me. I told them I don't want my car back if it is not fixed and we are now in the process of transferring the vehicle to a different dealership. I never received any communication about the status of my car through any of this which is not good and when I called to check on its status the manager told me he doesn't want to work on it. I then got the police involved to sort everything out and we are moving forward but the bottom line is this dealership lacks communication and the knowledge to fix the cars issues. Two separate issues now and they have basically told me they don't know how to fix it. The first issue got fixed with the steering wheel shaking over bumps but I had to tell their mechanics the cpu codes to fix that! I got on the Mercedes-Benz online forums and finally found the answer to educate their mechanics who are trained way more than I am and that took months too. Ridiculous! I do not recommend this dealership to anyone, for anything. Period.
