Salespeople are rude and unprofessional. Reached out about a car they had listed. Took two separate asks just to get pictures of the underside/rocker panels, which should be a pretty normal request before driving out to look at anything. First response was just "no rust very good condition" with no pics, had to ask again before they actually sent some. When I said I wasn't sure about coming in because of the distance and other listings with lower miles/price for the same car, the salesman (Tomek) got pretty rude about it, accused me of "wasting his time." I was just trying to gauge if there was room to negotiate before making the drive out, which is normal buyer behavior. Not a good look if a straightforward question about pricing gets you attitude before you've even seen the car in person. AVOID! More

Bought an H3T Hummer Alpha from Chicago cars. Shortly after. Transmission went out followed by a head gasket blown. Ohhhh. Forgot. Had to replace Fuse Block. Anyone who is thinking of purchasin Shortly after. Transmission went out followed by a head gasket blown. Ohhhh. Forgot. Had to replace Fuse Block. Anyone who is thinking of purchasing a vehicle from Chicago Cars US, run. Run fast. They smell like “We mask anything we can“ to sell a vehicle. $11,000 later it’s repaired. Now waiting for the next issue to drop??? Plus cannot get the XM radio to work. Wires all hacked behind unit. Seems it had a nice unit prior and someone swapped. Hmmmm. Found the book in glove box. Nice. Will have to replace that as well. Very disappointing there are Car Dealers like this out there that sell vehicles being misrepresented. Warning to anyone who is looking at vehicles here. Suggestion. Run or get a second opinion from a reputable service garage before buying anything from them. Not a Dealer who can be trusted. Period. Like the movie. “Run Forest Run” More
They were super easy to work with. Naomi was great and I was able to do everything electronically, being out of state that was very convenient and it was facilitated so easily. We purchased a 2020 Volvo XC90. The posting indicated it had been in a minor wreck but was spotless inside and out. We spoke to Albert several times and then paid to have the car shipped to us. After almost 2 weeks, we finally hired our own shipping company to pick the car up and bring it to us. They said they couldn't find a hauler. Twenty four hours later, and the car was on a trailer to us. Once we received the car, it was as though it had been taken through an opening that was too small. The antennae and roof rails had significant damage. The driver indicated it was like that when he picked it up. Once we got in the car, it had a parking sensor going off. A trip to the Volvo dealership told us that there was SIGNIFICANT damage underneath the car, and it was actually held together with zip ties. There was loose trim, the headliner was poorly reinstalled, and it needed a new bumper. The body work had been poor at best. This car was not in the condition it was advertised as being in. Albert was apologetic and indicated he did not know the condition of the car to be so poor. Several thousands of dollars later, the car is finally back to the condition we thought it was in when we purchased it. We would have never purchased the car had we known the condition it was actually in rather than the condition they stated it was in. So disappointed in the integrity of this dealership and the loss of many thousands of dollars. More
They did not own the title to the car that was sold, and when we called to get it rectified, they claimed that it wasn't their responsibility. The listing claimed that the car hadn't been in any accident when we called to get it rectified, they claimed that it wasn't their responsibility. The listing claimed that the car hadn't been in any accidents, as well as 2 screenshots of a Carfax report taken on a mobile phone. When we spent the money for our own Carfax report, we found that it had been in 2 accidents - 10 years ago. More

Very Friendly and Comfortable Experience Found a car that I liked at this dealership, a 2011 Infiniti G37X and upon arriving I noticed that the dealership was very clean and professional insi Found a car that I liked at this dealership, a 2011 Infiniti G37X and upon arriving I noticed that the dealership was very clean and professional inside. I was dealing with Art the owner and he was very nice and helpful. The car was as described and in very nice shape. It had a couple small things that needed attention which is expected when buying a used vehicle and Art did a great job with making me happy. I would definitely recommend this dealership if in the market for a nice used car. Thank you Art!! More
Wonderful people, Best Price! I am obviously a Transgender woman. I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy by everyone there. They were very professional and yet at the s I am obviously a Transgender woman. I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy by everyone there. They were very professional and yet at the same time friendly, even fun to talk to! The buying experance was not just pleasant, but quick and to the point. We talked on the Phone, I came in for a proper test drive, (not just around the block, but at highway speeds as well). We agreed on a fair Price in less then 5 minutes, (NOT HOURS)......I had thought I would be keeping my old car, but, as an afterthought, Artur looked at it and once again we came to an agreement on a very fair price for my car in less then 5 minutes. All in all, this was easily the best car buy buying experance of my life! Thankyou again to Artur and the rest of the staff! More
SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES! Purchased a "classic" Mercedes. Paid in cash. Car was clean on the outside but not so good on the inside. An hour after I handed over my money and dro Purchased a "classic" Mercedes. Paid in cash. Car was clean on the outside but not so good on the inside. An hour after I handed over my money and drove away I got a message on the dash about the engine! Wow, I drove it back to the dealer, spoke with Jacob and was told since he didn't see the message right then to take a pic when it comes back on and send it to him. I did just that. The same day! Message back on. I knew it was an older vehicle and that was fine with me because it was clean. But, trust me, I'm not in the habit of giving money away. I work hard fir everything that I have and I asked Jacob if the car was in good condition. It was on their showroom floor. He told me that it was fine. It had been serviced and it was fine. But it's NOT! Now they are upset because I'm telling the truth about MY experience! NEVER AGAIN will I ever do business with them again. Do your own due diligence, better yet, BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
