November 2024: I got in right away with my wife 2008 Honda pilot. Jason got me in for an oil change and the tire rotation and after inspection that needed an Alignment which we got done. As always, good prices, fast service professional interaction with the customers Serra Honda Is the best.! Her pilot now has 361,000 miles on it and this dealership has been taken care of it since 2011. It's always been more so.once the Serra folks came in! 5 out of 5 stars We would highly recommend their dealership for all your needs! Have you seen the new Prologue? What a looker! Do yourself a favor and call them today! August 2024: Once again, great service by Kathy and the people at the service department at Serra Honda. We bought our 2008 Honda pilot from Huey Honda over in Frontenac in March 2011 and beginning in April 2011. We started bringing it to Meyer/Serra Honda in O'Fallon and we have been thrilled with the service ever since. They recently sent me the Carfax on our vehicle and we had like 60 services done there and the pilot now has 354,000+ miles on it and is going strong! First class Service a great group of people I would highly recommend the service department,, The parts department, and although we haven't had occasion to do business with the sales Department yet service and parts I'm sure they're wonderful too! I cannot say enough great things about the professionalism at Brilliance Honda. 4 years ago my daughter bought a Jeep there and had an issue with the drivability. Jeff Deters was the sales manager and without hesitation took care of my daughter. Recently, I bought a used Passport and brought it in for an oil change. Megan asked about the car and I mentioned the brakes seemed soft.to my surprise when I came back to pick up my car from the oil change collectively, Shaun Brandau the Assistant Service Manager, Megan and Jeff the Service Manager decided to replace my brakes. This is as professional as it gets and has won my future business. Everyone is first class. Thank You

As a woman, I am always afraid that my lack of automotive knowledge might be exploited. Definitely NOT THE CASE here. Chris and Tarek worked to find me the best value in the service and sales departments respectively. Eddie in finance was also extremely personable and kind. I will be a loyal customer of Honda of Joliet for many years!

Brought my 2016 CRV in for routine maintenance and to check out a noise/vibration in the front end. Unfortunately it was the timing chain. Costly, yet a necessary repair. Anthony Gargano was his usual helpful, professional self and found a Honda loaner for me-no charge-to use for the next several days while my car was being repaired. Repairs made, first big one since I bought it in '16, all good for now.
