The experience of taking the car in was done efficiently, even though there were a lot of customers in line to get serviced. I felt like I was a priority. Everyone was professional and courteous. I even got there a little late to pick up my vehicle and the person took the time out to help me and get me out the door. It was a great experience, even though no one wants to have to fix their car you guys made it easy And my repair rep was fantastic. I think his name is Richard. He was awesome. I will always come back to you guys for all of my car maintenance and upkeep and I will purchase my next BMW from you guys special thanks to Sid Armoush as well. He help me get Lined up for service as well.

Just had my car in for an oil change. Customer service was excellent and they kept me updated as they worked on it. Waiting area is comfortable and they even ran it through the car wash before the car was returned to me.

Their customer service is really bad. I was told that parts will come in within a week and then a week became weekssss and NO ONE CALL to let us know. We have to call back to find out. When we called, they can't find my order and told me to bring my car back so that they can check on the parts numbers, which they should given that i was there the last time and they looked at my car. Upon my request, they checked again and then FOUND my records and told me that part would take a few MORE WEEKS!!!!!
