I recently bought a 2013 E 550 Mercedes. The car itself is perfect. Did a nationwide search for this particular vehicle for the last full year and this was the best specimen to be found on the planet. Once I found the car I then made contact with Knauz. continental autos. This is where I met my new friend Peter. Peter went above and beyond for me. He sent me photos of the car and answered all and any questions I had from beginning to end. I live in Pennsylvania and they are in Illinois. Peter made me feel very confident and comfortable doing this. He answered texts after hours several different times. I cannot express how smoothly this went and when I received the card it was the cleanest I've ever seen. I want to thank everyone at Knauz Continental Autos, especially Peter.

I had an incredible experience at this dealership, thanks to Dariusz—he was absolutely the best! From start to finish, he kept me fully informed as my vehicle went through diagnostics and repairs. He went above and beyond by advocating on my behalf with the warranty company and ensured my car received top-tier attention and care from the technicians. Not only was this the best service experience I’ve ever had, it was also the least stressful. As a woman car owner, I genuinely felt respected, informed, and completely confident in the process—never once did I feel taken advantage of. Dariusz made all the difference, and I would absolutely work with him again. I’ll be returning to this dealership for future service because of him. That said, my experience with the loaner vehicle was deeply disappointing and far from the level of care I expected—especially from a luxury dealership. The car was engulfed in the smell of cigarette smoke from the moment I picked it up, and it never improved. Driving it for seven days left me frustrated and honestly disgusted; every time I exited the vehicle, I smelled like secondhand smoke. Additionally, no one took the time to explain how to operate the loaner, despite the significant model year difference from my own. A simple walk-through or even a quick orientation would’ve gone a long way. The condition and handling of the loaner vehicle stood in stark contrast to the excellent service I received otherwise and is something I truly hope the dealership improves moving forward.

I bought a 2022 Mercedes new and experienced a multitude of error codes from the vehicle, one of which makes the steering pull to the right while driving among other issues. After receiving 3 different loner cars and months of trying to get the issues fixed the dealership told me they can not fix the issues this car has and I MUST return their loaner car to the dealership or they will file a stollen vehicle report and arrest me. I told them I don't want my car back if it is not fixed and we are now in the process of transferring the vehicle to a different dealership. I never received any communication about the status of my car through any of this which is not good and when I called to check on its status the manager told me he doesn't want to work on it. I then got the police involved to sort everything out and we are moving forward but the bottom line is this dealership lacks communication and the knowledge to fix the cars issues. Two separate issues now and they have basically told me they don't know how to fix it. The first issue got fixed with the steering wheel shaking over bumps but I had to tell their mechanics the cpu codes to fix that! I got on the Mercedes-Benz online forums and finally found the answer to educate their mechanics who are trained way more than I am and that took months too. Ridiculous! I do not recommend this dealership to anyone, for anything. Period.

I've been to plenty of dealerships... but Mercedes-Benz in Romeoville is truly the best. Walked on/into the property and instantly greeted and warm welcome made me feel like family. Kimberly, whom you have to work with on your next car purchase, is a genuine individual. She listened and guided me into choosing the right vehicle for me and my family. Her ability to listen shows she cares.... and with her help I bought what I wanted. I highly recommend RV location to all looking for used or new... they have it! The entire team/staff, is amazing. Go and pay them a visit now! You won't be disappointed. You'll drive out of there in something that's you.

Our experience with Travis and Theresa at Kunes Mercedes Benz of Sycamore was different than any other dealership we’ve had buying a vehicle from. The attention they gave us was beyond what we are used to. Besides being friendly and knowledgeable, everyone who works there went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The dealership is clean and bright. After ordering our vehicle, they kept us up to date on what was happening with it and when it would be delivered. When we picked up our vehicle, they made sure that everything was Perfect before we left. We will definitely be buying all our vehicles there in the future.

We contacted Mercedes by email four times and by phone twice requesting interior photos or a video walk through of a vehicle that they only had 7 photos of the exterior. We received one response via email from Edward Bowen requesting we call him and nothing that we requested. When we replied asking again for photos as we were working we did not receive anything. When we got off work and still had no photos we called the Sales Manager Bart Kievit and had to leave a message, we received no response from him either. We called back and spoke with somebody named Julian who said he would send us photos and never received anything. Apparently they don't care about good customer service! Contacted another dealership in IL and purchased our SUV there.
