I initially took my Jeep to another battery shop, where I - YoYo

I initially took my Jeep to another battery shop, where I was told both my main battery and an auxiliary battery had been tested and were fine. Since the problem continued, I took it to Landmark Chrysler. They got me in quickly, diagnosed the issue properly, and found that the battery was actually the problem. They also explained that my Jeep doesn’t even have a separate auxiliary battery, which gave me much more confidence in their diagnosis. The service department was professional, efficient, and had me back on the road the same day. While no one enjoys replacing a battery, I appreciated that they had the proper equipment and expertise to accurately diagnose the issue. Thank you to the Landmark team for taking care of it so quickly!!

Bought an 80k truck from this dealership. - Dave

Bought an 80k truck from this dealership. Iv had nothing but issues with my truck. Its been there for a month and no one from the dealership has called me to give me any information regarding the issue. Iv contacted warranty department. The warranty department has been trying to get ahold of anybody for weeks and they haven't even responded to the warranty people. Over all horrible experience. They want your business but yet won't take care of you once they gotcha. Do not buy from this dealership. Unless you are OK with making payments on a truck that's not even in your possession. Remember they have not called me at all even though its been there for a month... ill be done with this dealership once I get my truck back...

The staff at Fields JDCR are top notch! - Andrew P.

The staff at Fields JDCR are top notch! The purchase experience for my 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from start to finish was stress free. Fields does not utilize shady, deceptive, and unscrupulous tactics that other dealers use. I truly felt that sales consultant Keyon had my needs and interests in mind. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Thanks to everyone involved in the transaction!

I purchased a 2014 Chevy equinox from Kunes in Morrison, - Brenda Hook

I purchased a 2014 Chevy equinox from Kunes in Morrison, Illinois, I had nothing but problems with it the day I drove it off the lot. After 4 months of calling and asking for help or get me in another car they finally helped me get into another car. I spoke with the GM and he was able to help me get a different car, after getting my new car I received a letter from my loan company that they sent me a check to the dealership for balance owed to me on my Chevy equinox that I had returned. The dealership was to call me when they received my check. They called me and said that my check was there and they needed me to come in and sign it over to them because that check needed to go towards the down payment on my new car, so before going over to the dealership I called my loan company and asked them if that was what the check was for, they said no! I already had a down payment with my trade in, so the check was mine to do whatever I wanted with it. So my fiancé and I went to kunes in Morrison Illinois and sat down with the sales guy and he told me I had to sign over the check to him, he passed me the check face down across the desk, I picked up the check and looked at it and handed it to my fiancé. My fiancé told him that I was not saying it over to them that it was mine and was made out to me. We got up and walked out of the office and the sales guy chased out into the lobby yelling you need to give that check back it’s not yours and than saying he was going to call the cops. My fiancé told him to go ahead and call, the cops would see the check was made out in my name for me. So we left and didn’t get the cops called on us and never heard from kunes in Morrison Illinois again. So basically they were trying to take my $900 check for themselves, never again will I deal with kunes in Morrison Illinois Bill Bart - general manager Greg Roberts - sales Josh Morales - sales Be very careful if you go to this place, they rip you off and lie to you, they only want the sale for their Commission, after you drive off the lot they don’t care what happens. Josh Morales is the sales guy who threatened to call the cops on us and try to take my $900 check.

Went to the Dodge dealership just to look. - David & LaDawna

Went to the Dodge dealership just to look. Wasn’t really looking for a new vehicle as I loved my 2019 Jeep Cherokee that I bought from Bob Brady about 6 years ago. Met with Diana Hughes and she was amazing! We had gone to a couple other dealerships and actually walked away from some good deals because the salesperson was either too pushy or rude. Diana never once pressured us into buying a new vehicle. She just explained what deal she could give us and what she could do for us. We test drove a 2024 Dodge Hornet and I fell in love with it. Because of her laidback and friendly personality we decided to buy it. Won’t be going to a different dealership in the future and will always ask for Diana in the future. Other dealerships must think people love pushy salespeople but never once has any of the staff we’ve dealt with at Bob Brady have ever been pushy or rude with us. Thank you Diana for helping us! You definitely have long term customers out of us!

Very clean and new sales center. - trosew.86

I am pretty much devasted and disgusted by my car buying - lisalscott55

I am pretty much devasted and disgusted by my car buying experience at Kunes (Monmouth). It was the first car I ever bought on my own. I didnt have a lot of money for down-payment. I don't understand how they can sell a car that is unsafe and unreliable, and is falling apart in the parking lot. I wish I never would have walked in there. My trade in was in much better condition than the car they sold me. I think they should cancel my contract and give the bank their money back. I have only driven that car 1 time. It's a piece of junk. I think they look for poor, women, who don't know much about cars, to take advantage of. I will never walk in there again. I also will tell everyone I know about their shifty business practices.

We resently bought a used Town and country mini van from... - Kirby and Pat

We resently bought a used Town and country mini van from Bill Carter at Turpin .This was the easiest and most pleasant buying experience in our life. We live 2 hours away from the dealership but I will return to purchase agian because of the integrity of the staff and the owner. When we picked up our van it was clean and ready to go. Bill spent time with us to go over the options on our new vehicle.

Great buying experience! - Eagleboy

Mili was awesome in putting together a deal before I ever went into the dealership. That was important to me because I knew what I wanted and my time is valuable. The closing with Vito was pleasant and quick.

Wonderful Service - Frequent buyer

I have purchased multiple vehicles from Trinity for the past 13 years. I can not express how wonderful they are to buy from and the after purchase care is just as great!

Went to look at a 2019 F250 diesel, and the first thing - heatherlyn43

Went to look at a 2019 F250 diesel, and the first thing we noticed was the sales lady offered no information on the truck and was not very helpful but after driving it and looking it over for obvious issues (rust, brakes, air and heat) we decided to purchase, our fault, but we didn’t know the crucial questions to ask. At a later date we took the truck in for service at a shop near us and to our surprise we were informed by the tech that the truck had been deleted! We didn’t know what that meant for us and the tech informed that shops typically won’t work on trucks that have been deleted and if they do they require payment in advanced. We weren’t happy to discover this but after discussion and a change in careers we decided we needed a F350 dually or higher for the work we would be doing therefore we decided to look at trading anyways. We checked out 3 dealerships in our area to trade and we’re told by all 3 that they weren’t interested in the truck to buy as it was not only deleted but was also in 3 car accidents! They would be willing to do a trade but they did not have what we were now wanting and the trade in value on the F250 was $20,000 less than what we bought the truck for! We bought this truck in August and we started looking to trade in Oct/ November! I called the dealership we bought this truck from and informed the sales lady that she didn’t inform us of this information and she acted confused and that she was not aware the truck had been in 3 car accidents, but, I assured her it was as I had the print out that showed the dates and totals, and she didn’t say a word about the delete. I told her they needed to help us fix this and she wanted to look into it and call us back. She never did. Now it is December and I called her again, she said she didn’t have anything on the lot for us that we were wanting and would not buy the truck back from us. If we could do a trade she would give just a little more than the other dealerships; saying that since we bought the truck 4 months ago that the value dropped a lot. Ya! Because it’s been deleted and in 3 car accidents and they know it and if we did a trade I bet they would put it back on their lot for the same amount we originally bought it for and would probably keep the delete and accidents a secret. Makes me wonder what other information they keep/kept from buyers? Very unhappy with this lady and this dealership for the headache they caused us!

Left tool under hood that caused serpentine belt to come - KCrabb

Left tool under hood that caused serpentine belt to come off track and severe damage and said it’s my problem not theirs. Customer service is terrible. I’ve been hung up on. Also they told me to wait another week and notify my extended warranty insurance which I believe they are telling me to be deceptive to the insurance. Their mechanic left a tool under the hood, I have witnesses. My 76 year old mother bought this car less than a month ago and the tool is certainly not hers! Plus they will ruin your credit by searching multiple banks in order to get a sale. With out my mom knowing it they searched 8 different banks to get a sale…..destroyed her credit!

Pairing bluetooth - cdalpra

I'm from Fl. with a 2014 Dodge . Everyone has like treated me like I bought there. Auburn paired my new cell phone in seconds and also explained how to take my key apart so I could leave a key with some one and yet they could not drive it. What a delightful, energetic versatile person .Thanks for the great job!

In Sept 09, my college daughter Ashley Lynch purchased a... - bholl6031

In Sept 09, my college daughter Ashley Lynch purchased a 2003 Saturn Vue from you. A few month's later she received a recall notice on the transmission. She and I both contacted you, with no favorable response. We had hoped to resolve this issue before anything happened. She was advised by Saturn that they would pay 50% of the transmission replacement, which would be $2,400 out of her pocket - money that a college student doesn't have. I believe you knownly sold her the Vue with a faulty transmission. On Easter morning the transmission went out leaving her stranded, without a vehicle and out $7,400. Shame on your dealership for lacking honesty and integrety. What would I rate your service problem on a scale of 1 to 10? ONE Bonnie Holl 563-590-9371

Jeep was cleaned up when we arrived to test drive and with a full tank of fuel. After deciding to purchase, since we were paying in cash, took a total of maybe 15 min. So far, no surprises on the vehicle. Very satisfied.

Long story short. - Hummingstar18

Long story short. Stay away from this dealer. They are the most misleading, deceiving and dishonest dealer I have ever dealt with. And to top it off, they yell at their customers and pretty much call them liars straight to their face. The worst customer service I have ever had!

Contacted Nikles of Petersburg and got a response first - krystle7186

Contacted Nikles of Petersburg and got a response first thing the next morning. A couple days later I went and test drove the vehicle and purchased it too. Doug was excellent to work with! I’ll be back to purchase from him again.
