Extremely disappointing experience — I would not recommend this dealership. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a major dealership, and honestly, I am shocked and extremely disappointed by the way I have been treated. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and put $5,000 down. I have also made every payment on my loan on time. I have done my part as a customer, but when I needed help with the vehicle, no one responded. The same day I drove the vehicle home, the check engine light came on. I tried contacting my salesperson, Chris, but could not get the help I needed. I eventually had to drive back to the dealership and show up in person just to get someone to address the problem. The vehicle eventually needed a turbocharger replacement. Unfortunately, after the turbo was replaced, the vehicle developed a loud popping/clunking noise that it did not have before the repair. The noise happens when I accelerate from a stop, back up, and sometimes when turning. You can actually feel the pop through the vehicle. It is bad enough to scare my children. I have also had problems with the air conditioning, which has never worked since I purchased the vehicle. What makes this experience even worse is the customer service. I have emailed my salesperson, Chris, the General Manager, the Service Manager, and even the owner of the company, hoping someone would help me. I have received no response. I was also charged for additional products and protections that I feel were not properly explained to me before I signed the paperwork, which increased the amount I financed. I am now trying to get an explanation of exactly what I was charged for, and again, I cannot get anyone to respond. I have never experienced customer service like this. This was my first time buying a vehicle from a major dealership, and instead of feeling like I had someone standing behind the vehicle they sold me, I feel completely ignored after the sale. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for the dealership to stand behind the vehicle it sold me and address the problems that started immediately after I purchased it. Putting $5,000 down and making every payment on time should not mean that I have to repeatedly chase a dealership just to get someone to respond when my vehicle has serious problems. My experience has been extremely frustrating, disappointing, and unacceptable. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to carefully review every charge, every warranty, and every optional product before signing anything. Make sure you understand exactly what you are paying for and what is actually covered. I sincerely hope management will eventually contact me and make this right, because right now, I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. 1 star only because I cannot give zero. More
I initially took my Jeep to another battery shop, where I was told both my main battery and an auxiliary battery had been tested and were fine. Since the problem continued, I took it to Landmark Chrysler. Th was told both my main battery and an auxiliary battery had been tested and were fine. Since the problem continued, I took it to Landmark Chrysler. They got me in quickly, diagnosed the issue properly, and found that the battery was actually the problem. They also explained that my Jeep doesn’t even have a separate auxiliary battery, which gave me much more confidence in their diagnosis. The service department was professional, efficient, and had me back on the road the same day. While no one enjoys replacing a battery, I appreciated that they had the proper equipment and expertise to accurately diagnose the issue. Thank you to the Landmark team for taking care of it so quickly!! More
Not only did the sales person try to pressure sale me on a vehicle after I told him several times that I was shopping around and had not made a decision yet. He made a Hard credit check that lowered my cred a vehicle after I told him several times that I was shopping around and had not made a decision yet. He made a Hard credit check that lowered my credit score by 4 points. Then, tried to get me into a preditory loan. It would have had me paying over $32,000 on financing under $17,000. This was after I had already told the sales person, Dave McMeen, that I was going through my home bank for financing. He wasted most of my shopping time and pushed through a hard check on my credit that was unnecessary. I will not got back there again. More

Worst service department in Illinois, they had my car for 24 days, I finally got it back and a day later warning lights came on, I brought it back in and they said to just drive it for a few days and it woul 24 days, I finally got it back and a day later warning lights came on, I brought it back in and they said to just drive it for a few days and it would resolve itself. Brought my son a Jeep two years ago at 120,000 miles and was told it went through their 100-point inspection and it was top-notch. Was then strong-armed into an extended warranty. This year in February I was told it needed a new transmission that was 1800 out of my pocket after the warranty. It hasn't driven right since. The last time we took it in, it was an adjustment and then they stated it needed new brakes which was 800 bucks. Took it in 2 weeks still not driving right and they charged us 200 to run a test and found no issues. Then it did again over the weekend so we took it back. Now this time they found two bad sensors and need a tune-up that will cost 1056. More
The worst experience I hav ever had with a car dealer. Let's go through the list: 1. Bought used car with understanding that it would be detailed and paint issues would be addressed. 2. Went to pick up Let's go through the list: 1. Bought used car with understanding that it would be detailed and paint issues would be addressed. 2. Went to pick up car when assured that the work had been done. Dealership used one of those paint pens you get at a car part store to paint in a large area of paint that was missing. Looked like someone had squirted whiteout on the area. Other dings not addressed. Car, despite my being assured it had been detailed, was still filthy. Dirt on floor mats. Goo in cupholders. Seats were grimy. 3. Salesperson asked who sold the car to us, then proceeded to talk about how "xxxxx stupid that salesman was," and that the salesman who sold the car didn't know anything. Also, agreed that the paint "touch-up" looked like :"sh--" (his words). 4. Same salesman walking around in showroom cussing loudly on his phone. 5. Sales showroom had a jumble of furniture taking up a good chunk of the floor. Seems that someone was having an estate sale, so they just piled the furniture with price tags on sticky notes in the showroom next to a $107K Jeep Grand Wagoneer. 6. Assured care would be steam cleaned and paint addressed. Paint issues were partially addressed. Pointed out that the Took delivery to find out that the seats had not been steam cleaned. Detailer said the water coming out of the seats when he worked on it was black. 7. Called multiple times to find out why I did not get a title. No calls back. The purchase was in November, yet did not get title until end of January. The entire experience was horrible, and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. The dealership could not even be bothered to change an air filter (which was filled with dirt) or change the oil. I've bought at least 4 cars over the years from Landmark, mostly from the Ford side of the business which seems to operate professionally. This portion of the business failed to meet minimum standards for service/satisfaction. Does Chrysler approve of having flea markets in their showrooms? More

Although we paid for a 48 mile tow, a 26 point check, oil change, tune up, radiator flush, brake flush, a sensor, tire rotation, no one thought to check the battery power. Now I need to purchase and install a new battery which could have been done while it was in the shop! More
