Service was horrible from the start. I took Jeep in for a warranty work. I was told it would take a week, and if I wanted a rental car I would have to call the warranty team they would I took Jeep in for a warranty work. I was told it would take a week, and if I wanted a rental car I would have to call the warranty team they wouldn't provide. For a week I didn't want to hassle with extra phone calls. A week turned into a month with zero follow up. I would have to call in weekly to get any sort of updates, and those updates came with attitude and disgruntled employees. While in the shop from day one I made it clear I wanted a hitch added while in the shop. They wait the full month until my warranty work was done to even order hitch parts. So had to wait another week to get jeep back. When I finally did get my Jeep back 5 weeks later I drove jeep home and it didn't start the next day. The battery "just happened" to go bad when they had it. They didn't provide any discount on hitch or cover any of the battery replacement cost. Even with the 5 week delay. Customer service, pricing, follow up, the whole experience from start to finish was the worst I have ever had. More
