Most dishonest dealer I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with, flat out liars!. Purchased car from Illinois, pictures of the car we made a deal on were photo shopped. Car was a mess, full of dents, interior was very abused, internet photos depicted a cream puff. The old "Bait & Switch" I can't imagine how many times they sold this same car! We asked to buy a different car, many of the cars have warts, something missing, some damage, terrible excuse for a high end car dealer! The finance manager is a total jerk, insulting and on a mission to take your money as fast as possible by whatever means. SERIOUSLY DO NOT CONSIDER BUYING FROM THIS DEALER! The car we settled for was also beat down and abused, lots of visual blemishes in the interior etc. also had missing parts. No question they buy most of there cars from an auction house. STAY AWAY form these people!!

If I could give these people a 0 I would give them exactly that. My wife and I bought 2 cars from them on the same night with promises that they would fix them. After spending $14000 with them that night, we have invested over $8000 in getting the cars fixed and they still havent fixed the issue. But then they want you to PAY FOR WHAT THEY PROMISED TO FIX. NICK is a con artist!! The only person there with a little decency is Joe. Never again will I buy anything from these crooks!!

I purchased a 2009 Porsche 911 Carrera S at the beginning of this year and was so pleased with my experience I plan on revisiting this dealer again in the future. What was most impressive with this dealership was their priority to maintain their integrity with every customer whether or not a purchase was made. This dealer went out of their way to ensure my vehicle was in the best possible condition and ready for me to drive home. Overall experience with the dealership was a good one. No pressure. I knew what I wanted so the experience was somewhat painless. Ahmad was very personable and went the extra mile to accommodate me after the purchase. Check Engine light came on a week after the purchase due to evap. problems. They took care of that along with the air vents that were having issues with opening and closing at no charge. The Aux port on the radio was not working. I did not realize this until after the purchase. They ordered me a factory radio at my charge. A little disappointed in this regard. I should have checked the port before purchase. Ahmad was quick to offer cheaper alternatives. After the install of the radio, a code was necessary to match the cars computer which would have cost extra bucks by a dealer to match the cars computer. Being an Electronic Tech I was able to bypass the dealerships costs for the use of the Aux port.

I drove about an hour to purchase the vehicle and put $9,200 down in money orders. The salesperson, Chris, told me I was approved, but I was unable to take the vehicle home that day and later picked it up outside the dealership gate. Chris also advised me to leave the money orders blank. On the day I picked up the vehicle, Chris told me it was a “great car” and “mechanically sound.” I then discovered that the front and rear brakes needed replacement, which I consider a serious safety concern. Chris provided pricing of approximately $500 for parts and labor through their dealer pricing. I asked the dealership to help with the repair. After speaking with the owner, Alexey Antonov, the dealership offered approximately $150. I understand that used vehicles can require maintenance, but brakes are a critical safety component. I relied on the dealership’s representation that the vehicle was mechanically sound. I have kept the text messages, estimates, and purchase documentation. I recommend that anyone considering purchasing from this dealership get an independent inspection before completing the purchase, particularly for brakes and other safety-related components. This review reflects my personal experience with the purchase and the dealership’s response to the brake issue.
