Low pressure enjoyable experience - Mark

Bought an '08 Jaguar XK coupe in Feb. 2019. Corey, the salesman was low key and helpful. Negotiated a reasonable price for the car and purchased it. 2 other interested buyers drove up as I was finishing......snooze/loose. There was a missing trunk piece, and he promised to get it for me. To my total surprise, he called within 2 weeks and told me he had it and to come by to get it. Completely unexpected pleasant experience from a 'used car' dealer.

Went and bought a car ( honda accord 17) august 5th. - Drewsk33

Went and bought a car ( honda accord 17) august 5th. Worst mistake of my life. When i drove it everything seemed fine. A week later out of the blue. 4 lights popped up. Its runs like 💩 These people mask all the issues at the time of purchase. And when you actually pay for everything and drive it off there lot issue arises. They push this awful warranty because they know there cars are trash. They take no accountability for anything. I took my car to an actual honda dealership and they inspect and appraise my car because they are interested in buying it. They tell me " how the xxxx did this car pass inspection, this would've never left my lot. You have 4 bald tires. And your breaks are on its last legs." I didnt ask for any inspection. I was there to get a a key fob because motor max gave me a faulty key. They tell me i have Grounds to sue and im strongly considering it. Anyone thats goes to this establishment please thoroughly check everything. These people will smile in your face to get the sale. And wont help with any issues after they take your $$$$$

BEWARE! - Carguy

BEWARE!!! Do NOT buy from these crooks! I bought a Range Rover from MATT and DEREK SIMS I came to the dealership and paid $14,500 in cash on my way home with the vehicle. It overheated and I pulled in the dealership. They told me it had a blown head gasket. I called Matt and he told me to leave the car there they would find me another within the week, and I never seen the car or my money ever again. I took him to court, and he put the dealership in his brother’s name, and I have a judgment against him, and he has yet to pay me a single penny! They use civil law as there way to steal and make you spend thousands to take them to court. RUN FROM THIS DEALER!

Great Staff - Nikki

The staff at Enterprise in Morrow, Ga were great!! They helped rectify any issues I had. I shipped a vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales in Orlando to Enterprise Car Sales in Morrow. It was filthy! However, the staff at Morrow Ga location went over and beyond to make sure everything was corrected. They were apologetic and assured me it will be resolved. They kept their word. I enjoyed the time working with them. They are a great group of professionals!!!

I purchased a BMW X3 at Hennessy Buick GMC Mazda of - zg

I purchased a BMW X3 at Hennessy Buick GMC Mazda of Southlake on September 25th, 2018, and I did not pay much attention to the sales tax charged by the dealer. Last month when I went through the purchase invoice and noticed that the dealership overcharged my sales tax by several hundreds of dollars. I called the dealership and Jim Hitchcock from their finance department checked the purchase invoice and agreed with the overpayment. However, he said the overpayment was refunded to me. Never recalled any refund from the dealership. So be careful, or you will pay for their "mistakes".

The vehicles are lemons for real. - Lovellbritt03

The vehicles are lemons for real. I got a vehicle there now it don’t run right at all. It’s unsafe for my children and I to be in it. They’re like six different codes on it. It cost more to fix to it then what it’s worth.

Trustworthy- no pressure - great prices - Gabriella Pechenik

I’m really impressed with Louis, John and the manager. We’ve bought two cars here, a newer CRV and a cheap Honda Civic for my 90 year old mother in law. I am really grateful for the kindness and time they showed my mother in law for such a small deal. (She spent 3,999. On a 1995 Car), but you’d think she was buying a new car by the respect they showed her as she took forever, deliberating, etc. Excellent repair service too!

Sue them - schoolgurl

If you have dealt with this dealership and have paid off your car and have not received your title. PLEASE get in contact with me. I am currently suing them. But there is strength in numbers. If we all come together it's a greater chance we can petition the court for a civil actin with the state court of Ga and prevent this from happening to anyone else. You can reach out to me at brewerd1@yahoo.com.

I recently went to this dealership to purchase a 2019 - fm48

I recently went to this dealership to purchase a 2019 Lincoln Navigator. The passenger side rear LCD stopped working. The ride was so-so. My 2013 Navigator rode better. The transmission got stuck in the first gear several times. The sales guy was very aggressive. He insisted that I purchase right away. The sales manager lied to me when I was trying to get a better price. He stated they were only making 65 bucks on the deal. There was no 7-day return period. The salesperson was very nice and professional.

Princ Chevrolet was amazing - I bought my 2021 Suburban... - Bsh

Princ Chevrolet was amazing - I bought my 2021 Suburban remotely - selected the vehicle - they took it from there - drove to my house for me to sign paperwork and pick up information on my trade-in - when my truck arrived they offered to deliver it to me, but I wanted to drive that truck home myself, and honestly meet my salesperson face to face. Grant was great to work with - great communication, great follow-up, he continues to check in on my satisfaction 4 months after purchase. B

Purchased a 2019 Ford F-150 Lariat, everything went super - waq_93

Purchased a 2019 Ford F-150 Lariat, everything went super smooth and fast from numbers to Finance. The next day driving the car made a noise that concerned me and I reach back out to my sales person, they immediately got me in touch with the service manager to get it checked out and resolved. There are very few dealerships that are willing to do that, most of them will say you're on your own because its a used car but not the team at Amazing Luxury Cars, they went above and beyond to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with everything. Will be coming here for all my car needs now.

Please. negative reviews ARE REAL. It happened to me... - Andres

Please. negative reviews ARE REAL. It happened to me today. They stole 2 thousand dollars of the amount I gave from the down-payment. Scammers from the seller, financial, Manager. EVERYONE. The seller assures you that if you do not want to take the vehicle, he will give you the full money back. However, in the credit application sheet it indicates that if you do not accept they take 10% (not of the entry) but much more (of the value to be financed), the seller only explains what is convenient for them. Before seeing the details with financial they make you wait too long (this is to exhaust you and when you go to see numbers you are mentally exhausted) the financier makes you a number game so that you fall for the scam. Unfortunately I did not pay attention to the reviews before going there, if I had, I would not be a victim of this shameless theft. If the reviews say that the vehicle rises in value by 10,000 more, it is real. Find out. Do not give the down-payment in advance. Until they see final numbers. It is not necessary to give the down-payment. They demand it of you because you know that they are going to rob you from there

We originally came in to look at a Kia Carnival SX - William Giesecke

We originally came in to look at a Kia Carnival SX Prestige and made it clear from the beginning that we were short on time. We were upfront about our situation, including negative equity and less-than-perfect credit, and also stated that we were not planning to buy right now and were more realistically looking at a future timeline. Instead of respecting that, the conversation was redirected into a full sales process. We were told there might be more flexibility with EV inventory and were encouraged to keep going “just to see what could be done.” That turned into over two hours of wasted time, back-and-forth, and false hope. During that time, our vehicle was photographed, information was gathered, and we were led to believe there was a real possibility of making something work. In the end, nothing was accomplished except an unnecessary hard credit inquiry and a very frustrating experience. The issue is not simply that a deal did not happen. The issue is that we were clear about our circumstances, our timing, and our limitations, yet were still steered deeper into a process that should have been stopped much earlier. If our situation was not realistic, that should have been said upfront instead of keeping us there and dragging it out. This experience felt misleading, time-wasting, and unprofessional. It also ruined what was supposed to be my husband’s birthday because we lost hours to a process that went nowhere. My advice to anyone considering this dealership: be extremely careful. Do not let polite talk or vague promises pull you into a full credit process unless you are ready to buy immediately and have real numbers in front of you. We left with nothing except wasted time, frustration, and a hard inquiry on our credit.
