I am from Florida and called first time not expecting to get an appointment for several days, however was told to come in and they would check my truck that day. They were able to find problems and repair it while I edited. Harl was very helpful and kept me informed as the repairs were completed. Since the first time I have been back twice more for similar problems. The service tech contacted an engineer was Ford and worked on the problem. I have a 2027. F250 with a 6.2 engine and it keeps blowing the plug coils.Mike Burch Ford went above and beyond to work on the problem. Along with Harl, there was a young lady that was also very pleasant and hopeful.y thanks for all the je works they did. If I ha to e problems when I am in this area with my truck I will definitely call the service rep at Mike Burch Ford.

Hade My Stang in for a Recall and Billy Fletcher did an amazing job. Being retired from the Car Business, I know how a service department can give you the run around. Billy doesn't at all. He tellls you the truth, he doesn't do any un-necessary upselling. He knows his cars, he not some young kid they just hired. I have dealt with him over a decade. I will continue to use their service department as long as Billy is still there. If you want the honest truth, even if iot hurts, go to Billy- he will shoot you straight. Also side not- If your a consumer, stop relying on the dealership to give you a loaner, try in advance to set it up, they dont just have cars to hand out. I handled my own situation without my car, I didnt demand it from the dealer. You know cars break down, they are man made, so prepare for this. You guys also need to update the staff on all review sites- I see people who have been gone over a decade. You dont have recent employees- and that's on most sites I went to- Thats on the ownership. Again BILLY IS DA MAN

I want to thank Cynthia Beasley and Tyler Woods for providing my wife and sons with an excellent service experience. They were traveling from KY to FL and punctured a tire. They stopped in and needed help as their trip had been interrupted by this unfortunate event. Cynthia found a solution for my family's problem and worked with Tyler to get them back on the road in a timely manner... crisis averted. Having made my career in automotive retail operations, I understand that this type of situation can be frustrating for a number of reasons for the service advisor and technician. Its not a big dollar repair and since our unexpected tire problem was not on the schedule it could have possibly the schedule of the shop for that day and more specifically the technician doing the work. However, would never have known any of that by the way Cynthia responded to responded to my family's problem. She was kind to my wife found a solution to our problem and Tyler worked quickly to get them back on the road ASAP! Great job by the team!

I was going out of town in two days, driving my new Ford Flex that I purchased from Murray Ford. I hit a curb and blew out a tire on Friday. No where in my town was there a tire, so we took the car to back to David Strickland at Murray. They found a tire in Jacksonville, Florida. They drove to Jacksonville to pick up the tire and bring it back to St Mary's and put it on my car so I could go out of town. That is service above and beyond. Another reason I would recommend Murray Ford.
