Extremely lackluster performance from the staff. Made an appointment with Tina (who was very nice to speak with), then was set up with Carlos for our visit. Unsure of whether it was the day of week, time of day or maybe we just weren’t taken seriously, however Carlos was very disinterested in assisting us with our new vehicle purchase, other than offering test drives. Roughly 30 minutes into our visit, Carlos seemed to lose all care for ensuring that we made our purchase there.
Fast forward to the potential purchase process and we received the lowest of lowball offers for our vehicle, citing that they effectively have no confidence in being able to retail our trade in (2019 Audi Q8). When attempting to negotiate, we were effectively told that they are unwilling to budge whatsoever.
The very next day, we visited Hughes Honda in Warner Robins and purchased a 2026 Passport Trailsport. Walsh missed out on a sale due to their sales staff putting in zero effort to make a deal. I’d recommend anyone who is in the market in Central GA to visit Hughes instead, as they actually care for their customer base.
