We had a truck trailer disconnect ( no lights or trailer brakes. Went to Riverside Chevrolet GMC. The mechanic diagnosed the problem and sent us on our way after a quick fix. I am totally amazed at how quickly I was in and out back on the road. 👍

The service department is decent, but the sales department is the biggest waste of time I have ever seen in my life. It’s like a black hole that you will never get back anytime you ever spend in there. I would avoid this place at all cost and find a Cadillac dealer outside of Georgia because every Cadillac dealer in Georgia is trash. I would also like to express my deepest and most sincere regrets that I have spent a minute with Goggins because he is the epitome of what this dealership is a waste of time and they do this as a profession.

Misdiagnosed problem on my Cadillac. Tried to sell me more parts that were NOT defective. Then it took nearly two MONTHS to get my refund. Couldn't get call backs. Operator refused to transfer me to dealership manager!! Have dealt here for several years. Will NOT return there for many reason!! Buying elsewhere.
